Prologue
Rosalie,
We need to talk. I’m done playing games. I may be your brother's best friend, but I’m not a schmuck. If we’re going to continue living together, we need to set some ground rules. Meet me in the kitchen at 7am and have the espresso machine on.
Oliver James
Oliver,
You are a schmuck. Make your own coffee. I’ll see you at 7am.

Re: Coming to stay
Hey Foster,
Dad told me he talked to you about me coming to live with you in New York. I’ve got a plane ticket for next week. Can you pick me up? Also, will I have my own bedroom and bathroom? Also, thanks for the graduation gift. So generous of you! (That’s sarcasm, by the way).
Your loving little sis,
Rosalie

Re: Coming to stay
Rosalie,
Dad did call me and ask if you could stay, and I said no. Oliver and I live in a 2 bedroom/2 bath, and there isn’t room for you. I suggest you go back home and see if you can find a job with that expensive English degree of yours.

Re: Coming to stay
Foster,
I’m not going back home. I’m twenty-two. I am coming to New York, and if you say no, I will tell Mom and Dad that you’re the one who stole Dad’s Porsche that summer and smashed it.
Your loving sis,
Rosalie
