"We have everything." He chuckled. "Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and cable."

"But do you have Disney Plus?"

"I didn't finish." He grinned. "We have Disney Plus and Apple and—”

"Whoa, you really do have all the channels," I said, scrolling through.

"We do. You know your brother loves TV, so..."

"What? You don't like TV anymore?" I said. "For years, you and Foster talked about being TV screenwriters and showrunners. I remember listening outside your room as you talked about the different TV shows you were going to make."

"True. I really did think I would go into TV," he said. "Huh. I'd almost forgotten about that."

"So why didn't you?"

"I guess my parents weren't really enthused by the idea when I told them I wanted to study TV screenwriting and producing. So I studied politics and then went to law school."

"I heard you went to Harvard," I said.

"Yeah, well, you know." He gave me a cocky wink.

"What?" I said, laughing.

"Smart men usually do go to Harvard."

"Oh my gosh, Oliver," I said, grabbing a pillow and hitting him in the shoulder. "You're so full of yourself."

"What? How am I full of myself? It's true, right?"

"Fine. Yes. Congratulations on going to Harvard and graduating cuma sum laude. Oh my gosh. Oliver?"

"What?" he said, giving me a grin. "Would you rather I flunked out and worked at a crappy-ass job and made no money and lived off your brother?"

"You mean like me?" I said, giggling.

"Well, you didn't flunk out of college, right?"

"No, but I am living off him. In fact, I only have nine hundred and ninety dollars in my bank account and no other money coming in." I bit on my lower lip. "I'm nervous, Oliver. I don't want to go home with my tail between my legs."

"Don't worry. You live here for free." He grinned. "Plus, I'm sure you can eat here for free, too."

"Um, I doubt Foster is going to—”

"Don't worry," he said softly. "I got you for meals."

"No, no, no. You can't do that, Oliver. You can't."

"I can, and I will. You'll pay me back."

"I mean, I wouldn't count on it. Whatever job I do get, I'm not sure how much—”

"I didn't say it had to be money," he said, winking at me, and I felt my entire body growing warm. I didn't even ask him to explain what he was talking about. Was he flirting with me? Was this his way of coming on to me?

"Have you decided what you want to watch?" He interrupted my thoughts, and I shook my head.

"Um, what about... Let's see what movies are on Netflix," I mumbled quickly as I pressed the button to take me to Netflix.

"Okay," he said, leaning back. "You want popcorn or anything?"
