"Sounds good," he said. "Okay. Well, there are a couple of fights on Saturday that I can get with my points, one leaving at six o’clock in the morning."

"No way. That means she'd have to be there at like five o’clock."

"Thanks for looking out for me," Alice said into the phone. "No way I want to get up that early."

I laughed. "Don't worry, girl. I’ve got your back. What else do they have, Oliver?"

"There's another one leaving at one o’clock and one leaving at five in the evening. How about the one o’clock flight? That way, she gets in early enough so we can all go out on Saturday night."

"Oh my gosh. That would be so fun," Alice said.

"Want to get that flight, Oliver?"

"I can. Where are you guys planning on going?"

"I don't know. Somewhere fun where we can meet some hot men."

He frowned as he looked at me. "This is New York City. You're not in college anymore. You can't just go and pick up men."

"I'm joking, Oliver." I rolled my eyes. "Don't worry about it. And you can come as well, if you want."

"I just might," he said. "Okay. I just need her date of birth, phone number, and email address."

"Okay. I'll hand you the phone. I'm going to change. Okay?"

"Sounds good."

"Here, Alice. I'm going to give you to Oliver. He just needs some information. I'll talk to you later. Okay?"

"Okay. Thanks, girl."

"Bye." I handed Oliver the phone and headed to the bathroom. I slipped off my dress and stared at my reflection in the mirror. I giggled to myself as I wondered what Oliver would do if I walked out in just my panties. He would probably go crazy. I kind of wanted to see that, but I was too embarrassed to walk out topless. I mean, yeah, I kind of wanted to seduce him, and I wanted to see lust in his eyes, but I certainly didn't want to parade myself around like some sort of bimbo.

I grabbed the T-shirt I'd left in the bathroom that morning and pulled it on. It reached just past my ass, and I knew it was too short, but I didn't have any shorts in here. I'd have to grab a pair from my bag. I washed my face, brushed my hair, and then headed back into the living room. Oliver was sitting on the couch. He turned to face me, and his eyes widened slightly as he took in my appearance. "So ready for bed, eh?"

"Well, ready for eating and relaxing." I smiled.

"You're not going to wear any pants?" He looked at my long legs.

I cocked my head to the side and smiled at him. "What do you mean? I've got on a T-shirt."

"But it's not very long."

"I have on panties, so it's not like you'd see anything." I grinned at him, and at that moment, I decided not to put on any shorts. I walked over to the couch and sat next to him. My T-shirt rode up, and I realized that he was seeing all the way up my bare legs. His eyes hovered on my face before falling to my legs. He shifted in his seat slightly, and I gazed into his eyes. They were dark and smoldering.

He spoke huskily. "I don't think this is a good idea, Rosalie."

"You don't think what's a good idea?" I said innocently.

"You sitting on the couch wearing barely anything."

"What are you talking about? I've got on a T-shirt. I've got on panties."

"Yeah, but the food's going to be hot, and if you spill it, you'll burn yourself."

"Is that why you're worried, Oliver?" I laughed, throwing my head back. I watched as he stared at my throat, and I swallowed hard as he pressed his lips together.

"Rosalie, I really don't want you to get burned."
