“I can’t believe this is actually happening.” So many things are happening all at once. A baby, wedding, tour and a book launch. My head is spinning. Am I upset with Kris, sure because he should have told me. These people are trying to give me a damn heart attack. I love how they act like they aren’t dealing with someone with a heart condition. “Thank you all so much. You’re going to make me ruin my makeup.”
“Knowing Markka you're gonna need a power washer to get that eyeliner off.” Gillian hugs me as Gill opens the horse trailer.
“Nicolette, meet Toodles and Tiger Lily.” He is beaming. “You will be riding Tiger Lily to the ceremony.”
“Of course they came from Neverland too. I’m shocked he’s letting me name our kid Kristopher. I suppose I should actually get my dress on.”
“Well, I mean there’s something to be said for easy access.” Bobby smacks Gill for his perverted remark.
“We’ll pretend you never said that. Pan, wouldn’t like it much.”
Once I am dressed Gill helps me on to the horse. Or rather picks me up and puts me on it like I’m a damn toddler! He and my dad walk us the mile toward the field. That’s when I see it. there in the middle of everything is a huge free standing wooden gate. Rustic, and coverd in flowers. Above the entrance it reads;
