“Fuck yeah, I want to marry you.” He grabs my hand and slides the ring onto my finger. It’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.

“So? Is that a yes?” he asks impatiently, and I laugh, nodding my head.

“Yes, hell yes, I want to marry you!”

Tucker stands up, grabbing me around the waist, and spins me around. I grab his face and kiss him with everything I have, still not believing this is happening.

"Is this why Mom kept giving you looks throughout dinner?” I ask when we come up for air.

Tucker gets the cutest grin on his face as he nods his head. “I asked for her permission to marry you, and she thought I was going to do it during dinner. This was better, though.”

“I love you so much,” I say, kissing him again. His dark chocolate eyes are all melty with love and lust. Everything I’ve ever wanted is reflected back at me.

“I love you more,” he says, and I roll my eyes, making him laugh.

He leads me inside my house, continuing to kiss me. I don’t think I’ve ever been happier than in this moment with him. He’s always been my fantasy man. I couldn’t believe he even wanted to go on a date with me, and now, we’re going to get married. I can hardly fathom the idea.

Nothing will stand in the way of our perfect forever.
