I nod yes because I don’t remember if I know how to talk at this point.

“Good. Now would you like to sit outside by the fire pit or watch a movie?”

I clear my throat and say, “The movie.”

He pulls up a list of movies on his phone. “What do you want to watch?”

I choose Bad Boys 3. He begins to set up the movie as I wonder how we’re watching the movie since I do not see a TV.

“Joshua?”

“Yes?”

“Is there someplace I can use the restroom?”

He stops what he is doing. “Yes, come here.”

I walk to him and he leads me out the tent and a few feet away is a trailer. I assumed the trailer was the Forman's trailer, but it is a luxury restroom trailer. He opens the door and I am stunned, this bathroom is nicer than the one at the hotel.

“I’ll wait for you out here.”

The restroom has marble, hardwood floors, a stand-up glass shower, a soaker tub, double sinks and two water closets. What the hell, who has a luxury restroom like this? Apparently, Joshua.

I take care of my bladder and wash my hands and face to get rid of the seafood remnants and head back out the door where Joshua is waiting for me. When I step out, he walks me back to the tent, then excuses himself to go to the restroom. When he gets back, I have made myself comfortable on one of the daybeds. I have scooted to the side to make room for Joshua to share the chair with me. He comes in and turns off the fairy lights but leaves the candles lit and starts the movie on the side of the tent with a mini projector. To my surprise he doesn’t sit next to me he sits on the other daybed instead.

About thirty minutes into the movie and I have had enough. I throw the cover back and begin to scoot out the chair. Joshua looks over at me probably assuming I was going back to the restroom, instead I walk over to his daybed and climb in next to him. He doesn’t say a word just opens his arms for me and I go into them willingly. I lay right next to him and lay my head on his chest. He lays his hand on my hip, pulls the blanket over us and continues to watch the movie.Laying here in his arms feels like home.

Too soon the movie is over, but I do not want to move. He turns the projector off with his phone and turns the music back on and just sits there with me in his arms. Comfortable by H.E.R. comes on and I can’t help but feel like it is the perfect song for the occasion.

“You know this is your living room?”

“What?”

“The tent, it’s where your living room is going to go.”

I sit up and look at him. “Are you serious, this is my lot?”

“Yes.”

Now it makes sense why the address and area seemed so familiar to me, it’s where my house will be built. This man truly thinks of everything.

“Joshua this is amazing. This whole night has been wonderful.”

“I’m glad I could please you Savvy.”

Now he has been a perfect gentleman all night, so why does my mind go immediately to the gutter when he says that. I look at him and he shakes his head.

“Behave Savannah.”

“What?! I didn't say anything.”

“Yeah ok.”

I struggle to contain my smile. He shakes his head at me and scoots to get off the chair.

“Come on Savvy let me take you home.” I look up at him and pout.

“Do we have to go already?” I ask
