I hang up when she strolls into the room, her hair still damp from the shower. She’s wearing a grey oversized hooded sweatshirt and a pair of sleep shorts, and she smells like honey and vanilla. My dick starts to do a happy dance.

Melanie takes a seat at the other end of the couch, her eyes burning into me with desire. I’m pretty sure I know what’s on her mind, but I feel a little guilty taking advantage of her vulnerable state.

She spreads her legs out, resting her sexy little feet on top of my lap.

“What ya doing?”

“I was just talking to Jason.” I’m struggling with restraint, and if I look into those soft blue eyes of hers, I’ll be toast.

“What’s wrong?” she sighs.

“Nothing,” My voice squeaks a little. “I think you should get some sleep. You’ve been through a lot today.”

“Are you going to join me?” The little vixen rubs her foot against my already hard dick.

“No. I still have some work to do.” I clutch her ankle, halting the movement.

“Oh,” She immediately recoils her legs into her chest, wrapping her arms around them. “Did I do something?”

“Hey, you didn’t do anything. I’m sorry.” I hold out my hand, but she’s rooted at the other corner of the couch. “Baby, come here.” She hesitates before crawling over to me and cuddling into my side with a long sigh.

“I want you so bad right now, but not when you’re in such a sensitive state.” She tries to retreat to her original spot on the couch.

“I’m not some fragile doll, Chase.” I grab her waist and pull her back. When she tries to escape, I hold her tight, pressing a soft kiss to the back of her head.

“The first time I kissed you, I knew I was addicted. I will never get enough of you.”

“I feel the same,” she whispers. “It’s never felt like this before, and I feel safe when I’m in your arms.”

“Well, good because I’m your assigned bodyguard until we catch this creep, so you’re stuck with me.” I pull her up onto my lap and kiss her slow and effortlessly and perfect. It’s everything I’m feeling at this moment.

“I told you, princess, I’m not going anywhere.”

“I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have you.”

“You never have to worry about that ever again.” I hold her tight for a few minutes before breaking the moment.

“I have a serious question, Mel.” She lifts her head, her eyes tight and worried.

“Will you take me shopping? I need a suit for your dinner.” She busts out laughing.

“Of course. I can’t wait to dress you up so when we get home that night I can take my time undressing you nice and slow.”

“Perfect. Tomorrow we go shopping. Oh, and I’m buying you something new too.”
