He doesn’t have to keep me updated on every move he makes. He said he’d come back this weekend.
Today is Friday.
He obviously just tossed that word at me.
Hmm.
I crane my neck to get a better view of him.
His suit jacket is draped over the back of his chair while he sports a crisp pastel blue-gray dress shirt without a tie and wears his sleeves rolled up to his wrists.
His shirt, like his pants, fit his hard frame perfectly, sending a pang of need through my body.
It’s been two weeks.
Two busy weeks. I didn’t even have time to think about sex, touch myself, or long for him. Or them.
That doesn’t mean the need was not there.
As the warmth spreads between my legs, and across my thighs, I realize how horny I am.

I move my focus to my work, but things don’t go as planned. I can’t grasp the information in front of me, let alone write a report.
I struggle before moving my eyes to his office again.
The room is empty. It looks empty, at least.
I peer up and down the corridor and check every office I have a visual of. He’s not in his father’s office. Not even his father is in his own office.
Finally, I clear my throat, rise to my feet, square my shoulders, and tug at my suit jacket, making sure it falls smoothly over my body.
Tilting my gaze down, I verify that my cleavage is decent and my bra doesn’t peek from under the fine wool fabric.
Tense, I walk out of my office, heading his way.

RAVEN
His office is quiet.His car keys, phone, and jacket are still here. He must be somewhere close.
My pulse dances in my temples and my wrists, an undercurrent of nervousness moving through my chest.
Not once did I think I’d be so nervous when he’d come back.
I can’t stop my heart from bouncing up and down.
I remain standing, my eyes on the hallway when he finally enters my line of sight.
