Elias glanced over his shoulder. “I’m not agreeing to such a stupid rule. Sometimes I do it for fun. I won’t have repercussions for something I enjoy.”

“When you poke me for fun, Lee, you’ll get an equally playful reaction. How’s that?”

“No.” He plated the last pancake before buttering the frying pan and cracking several eggs inside of it. “I know better. If I agree not to poke you, I’ll be sore every single day.”

“Perhaps you need that for a while.”

Elias dropped the egg in his hand that he’d been poised to crack. It splattered against the kitchen tile. “Bloody hell.”

Lee reached for the roll of paper towels, but I beat him to it. I flustered him. The gesture showed me what I’d threatened was exactly what he needed.

“I got it. Focus on the eggs.” Cleaning up the mess, I glanced over at Emma.

“If Elias doesn’t agree to the rule, then I shouldn’t have to.”

“My house. My rules. If you have a genuine concern, you can tell me, but I won’t have the two of you ganging up on me.”

“Whatever.” Elias scoffed. “I agree, but only because this same rule will undoubtedly come back to haunt me.”

“One.” I held up my pointer finger. “I’d say your word choice was a bit deliberate.” Elias knew I hated the wordwhateverwith a passion. I likened it to him telling me to fuck off.

“If I poke you, there will be a reaction. Got it.” Elias scrambled the eggs as he spoke. “Next?”

“Honesty. Always. Even if you think I don’t want to hear it.” I glanced at Emma.

“I will do my best, but I’m a tiny bit confused.” Emma glanced at Elias. “Am I to follow the same rules for both of you?”

Elias brought the pan to the table, dishing out the eggs and sitting down. I joined in the middle, and it felt wonderful to have a full table. “Luke is creating formal rules for me to follow based on my dynamic. You’re agreeing to follow them for both of us. Do you agree?”

“Yeah,” she agreed. “I might not be perfect, though.”

“No one is perfect. As long as you do your best.”

“Can you handle two daddies watching out for you and taking care of you, darling?” I asked her gently.

“I think so. All my energy used to be spent making sure Shawn got his needs met. My needs never mattered to him.” Emma sucked in a breath. “Will I have the freedom to make any decisions?”

“Some decisions,” I assured her. “Ultimately, the goal is for you to get back on your feet. Whatever that picture in your mind is, we want to help you achieve it. If you stay here, and grow and create your perfect picture of happiness, then that is all we could hope for.”

“I don’t remember what my perfect happiness looks like, but this week it feels like it might be with the both of you.”

“Good. We’ll figure it out together.”

“Another question.” She took a few sips of her orange juice. “If you are my daddies, does that mean I’m your little girl?”

I glanced at Elias, who had stuffed his mouth full of pancake. I’d give Emma every opportunity to explore her likes, dislikes, whatever she wanted. I believed Elias would as well.

“I’m absolutely not going to be your little girl, Luke, but I’m open to Emma being mine.”

I shoved him playfully. “Got it.”

“Do I get rewards and sexy time if I behave and follow all the rules?” Emma practically purred.

The thought of bending her over the kitchen table, turning her ass pink and then ordering Elias to fuck her while she sucked me off flitted through my head. Forcing focus to her gorgeous gray eyes, it took me a moment to answer her.

“You shouldn’t eye fuck someone at the breakfast table, Luke.” Elias helped himself to more bacon. “It’s sort of rude.”

“Do you want to finish breakfast across my knee, brat?”
