Well, before him, I technically hadn’t. Not with someone else. But me and my trusty hand have worked wonders. Throw in a few toys, and who needs a man?

Me. I need a man. Specifically, Luke. It seems I was wrong.

Luke eyes me and adjusts himself. “You gonna leave me hanging, Doc?”

“Yes, because I have to leave,” I say, tucking my shirt in. “And you won’t touch your dick until I get back. I’ll text you instructions.”

“Dammit, Eli,” he grumbles, and I smile wickedly, feeling like I have the upper hand for the first time in days. Or, maybe it’s the vodka giving me false confidence.

“It will be worth the wait.”

I glance at my phone and curse.I’m going to be late. I’mneverlate.

I tuck my phone into my pocket, grab onto my suit jacket and shrug it on.

“Keep an eye on your phone.”

“Got it. And when you’re done with this little power trip of yours, we have a train to catch.”

“Fine,” I say and then rush out of the room, staring at my reflection in the elevator doors to straighten my wayward hair.

Damn Luke and his magical hands.

The elevator stops on the third floor, and an older gentleman steps on. I must look like a mess because he eyes me, and I can’t help the lie that spills out of my mouth.

“Fell asleep on the plane. I’m running a little bit late.”

I don’t know why I think he needs an explanation. He doesn’t know or care about me. But for some reason, it makes me feel better. It’s better than admitting that I just had Luke’s hand down my pants as he brought me to orgasm.

Or admitting how much I liked it.

The conference is in full swing when I sneak inside, finding a seat in the back. A few people swivel their heads to look at me, but I just meet their gaze with a stony one of my own. They wouldn’t be so quick to judge if they had a Luke of their own.

They’d be late too or might not even show up at all.

My phone vibrates, and I pull it out and bite my lip because it’s a picture of Luke on the bed, his dick straining up in the air and a pout on his lips.

Those lips I haven’t kissed yet.

Luke:I’m in literal pain.

I glance around and then quickly reply.

Me:Do not touch it.

Then, before I can shove my phone into my pocket, it buzzes again, and Luke is saluting me with a smirk on that handsome face of his.

I bite back a grin. I fear I have a condition. My face keeps spasming.

“You were late,” a familiar voice hisses in my ear, and my phone clatters to the ground. I need to buy a better case before I crack the screen entirely.

I lean down to grab it, but Andrew swipes it off the floor before I can, and being the invasive asshole he is, he glances down at the screen.

I snatch it from his palm and shove it into my pocket.

“Ah, you have a new man toy?” Andrew whispers, and I swallow. Because there he is. The man I was hoping to avoid. The guy my sisters dispelled with witchcraft. Where are their magical herbs now, huh? He looks impeccable with perfectly parted brown hair and his aristocratic nose. He’s wearing a grey sweater vest and flawlessly pressed pants.

What did I ever see in him?
