Logan’s grip tightens around me, and he presses his lips to my forehead and lets them settle there for a few seconds.
“He never wanted me. He never loved me and now he wants a part of me. He’s so selfish. So fucking selfish. Why can’t he just leave me alone?”

I lean back a little and see Logan’s kind, handsome face staring back at me.
“What do I do? Tell me what to do.”
He cups my cheek with his big hand, “You do whatever feels right. Whatever’s right for you.”
“What if I don’t know what’s right for me?”
His thumb brushes against my damp skin.
“You know, Theo. You know. Just take time to come to terms with it.”
My eyes flick down to his lips.
“Logan,” I whisper, pressing my lips to his.
His hand moves from my cheek to cup the back of my head as he slants his mouth over mine, licking gently into my mouth and I melt.
I fucking melt into him.
I want him.
Need him.
He abruptly pulls away and I chase his lips.
“Theo, we shouldn’t.”
My body tenses and I freeze. He doesn’t want me. I knew it.
“No. Don’t you dare,” he mutters, cupping my face in his hands, forcing my gaze to his. “Don’t you fucking run away. I’m not turning you down,” he says, arching his hips a little, and I can feel his dick, hard and straining against my thigh. “I’m just sayingnot yet. Not right now. Not when you’re this upset.”
He presses his forehead against mine and I let out a trembling breath.
“Okay.”
“Let’s go somewhere. Can I take you somewhere?”
“What about tutoring?”
“Later,” he says and then presses a kiss to my cheek. “I have something we can do instead.”
“Okay, we can deduct…”
His hand presses over my mouth. “Don’t you say it. This is me being a friend, Theo. Your friend. It’s a thing people do.”
Fuck. I don’t want to be his friend.
I want to be his everything.
But I don’t say that because I don’t deserve him. So, I just nod and let him help me stand up.
He adjusts my sweater a little and brushes my hair from my face. And then he leans toward me and kisses me softly.
