His voice makes me shiver and I don’t have time to push him away before his lips press against mine. First surprised by what he’s doing, I quickly let my whole body relax. Because his tongue buries into my mouth, caressing mine passionately, and I totally lose my mind. His kiss is wild, ardent, and it sparks afuckingfirework between my thighs. I put both hands against his chest, trying to hold myself to something as best I can as his arm wraps around my waist pulling me towards him. He grabs my thighs, and I’m propelled on him. My shorts come into direct contact with his joggers.

He is hard.

The thick, warm bump pulsates against my clitoris. He swallows my moan, biting my lip to shut me up, and places his fingers on my ass, pressing our two intimacies together a little more. I don’t know what prompted this moment, what’s going through his mind right now, and if he’s really in his normal state. I don’t have time to form thoughts as a hoarse and powerful sound escapes from his throat.

Something guttural, sexy as can be, and which makes my body react suddenly. My hands plunge into his hair, which I mistreat, before going lower. I caress his chest, hidden under the fabric—too thick for my taste—of his T-shirt. I want to pullit out, touch his muscles, taste his skin, feel his breath between my thighs. I let his teeth nibble my chin before they lodge in my neck and I press down on his head, to encourage him to continue his slow torture. He nibbles me, licks me, kisses me, and I undulate on him.

Lasciviously, without complex, always seeking more contact between our two sexes covered. I want to moan, to hear him take pleasure, to watch him cum. So, I keep going, feeling his member twitch beneath me, and the growl that escapes against my ear proves my ardor. As he is about to reach under my pajama top, I hear a noise in the hallway. Without a second thought, I rush off the couch. Pushing with all my might Nolan’s hard body against the backrest at his back and realizing what we just did.

We’re not alone. My brother sleeps a few feet away. His best friend. Nolan is drunk and far from his normal self. Tomorrow he’ll act as if nothing had happened. As if what he had just done was insignificant, a sudden urge because he was drunk. He just wanted to prove that he was capable of playing his charms on me.

Of course, he can. A snap of the fingers and I’m his body and soul. But for him it’s a game, nothing more. A shiver, an impulse, because he’s sleeping alone tonight, and he obviously wants to get laid.

I stare at him, bewildered. His hair in a mess, his legs spread apart and the bump between his thighs shows the state he is in. The stateweare. His breathing is as ragged as mine and he watches me, looking surprised, annoyed, frustrated.

A fleeting glint of regret in his eyes makes my heart tumble in my chest.

This time I’m not the one who started the kiss! So, I take what little dignity I have left before he says anything and run in my room.

Tomorrow he won’t remember, and I’ll be all broken.

What the hellwas he thinking?

“What did you say?!”

I motion Carol to be quiet, looking around to make sure she hasn’t caught the attention of the students in the cafeteria where we’re sitting.

“We kissed.”

“Wait, wait,” Paige continues. “Kissed like, Nolan Jones’ mouth was on yours?”

“And like, my body on his.”

This time they’re stunned because they’re staring at me in amazement, trying to process what I’ve just said.

“Did you have sex?”

“No!” I exclaim. “We just… kissed. I mean, it was hot, it was steamy, it was… Nolan.”

I hide my face inside my arms, sighing for a long moment as I hear the giggles of my best friends.

“How did he react this time?”

“He the one who started it,” I admit.

Paige rolls her eyes, clicking her tongue against her palate in reprimand, and glances around.

“This guy is an asshole,” she says. “I adore him, but he wants everything and nothing at the same time.”

“You haven’t talked about it either, right?”

“No, we didn’t. I left when I heard a noise in the hallway. I left him on the couch. He didn’t say anything, didn’t hold me back and I haven’t seen him since.”

“As usual,” Carol says. “And knowing you, you’re going to act like nothing happened until it ruins your friendship.”
