What will my people think, I have to get in touch with my second in command and report on what’s going on. I’ve been away too long, and I’m surprised no one has questioned it.
“Am I able to make a phone call first?”
“You can do as you please. Just take a left down the hall and you’ll find a phone. I’ll wait outside the room so I can take you to the dining hall.”
“Thank you.”
I quickly go to the phone and dial Bolton’s number. “You’ve reached Bolton.” He answers.
“It’s Dagan.”
“My King, how are you? We weren’t expecting you to be gone this long.”
“I’ll be back, don’t worry, there are just things here I have to tidy up. I’ll explain everything once I’m home.” Knowing that the second mate is coming for Raven soon, that will give me time to get back home and share my news with my people that I have found a mate.
“When should we expect you?” I look at the calendar on the wall and the time. “I’d say in about a week.” That will give me time to assure Raven I’ll be back for her after she’s met her second.
“Okay, I guess I’ll see you then. Oh, you should know, we had to throw a dud out of the Jaguar pack, causing trouble, you know, the usual.”
“That’s fine, I’ll speak to you soon.” I hang up not wanting to get into it on the phone about how I want them to no longer refer to duds as such. Something I’m going to do for my Raven.

I follow the guard down the hall, and we take a right, coming into the dining hall I notice it’s only Raven and I smile.

We eat in relative silence until the pizza is devoured. “Will you do something for me?” I ask her and she nods. “If I do something tonight you don’t want or like, tell me. This time I vow to listen.”
“There is nothing tonight that is off limits. I want you Dagan, so badly it hurts.” She tells me after a beat of silence.
With that I storm out of my chair and pick her up, swinging her over my shoulder. “Where’s your room.” I growl and stomp out of the dining hall, only to come into contact with Cassius. He grins and points to where the room is. I nod at him in thanks and stomp up the stairs.
Pulling her from my shoulder I grin wickedly at her. “I’ve wanted you over and over again for so long.”
“Then tonight I’m yours.”

Raven
The minute we enter my room he’s on me, his mouth slams down on mine and I moan, “Yes Dagan, take me.”
