Apparently, these are everywhere around campus.

You can either drive one yourself or have someone drive you.

This is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before.

To everyone who sees me, I get a squinted-eye glare.

They’re not sure if they’ve seen me before or not.

And when we get toSentral?

Forget about it…

This place is a palace.

It’s a large old looking house.

Maybe it’s Victorian style?

I don’t even know what that means.

Here’s what I do know…

It’s got three stories. A lot of windows. The right side has one of those curved parts - like it was a castle, where the princess would be. Get it?

There’s a wrap-around porch from side to side too.

A little hill makes up the front yard.

It’s above everything, which is actually nothing.

Because there’s nothing near this house.

Yet everyone is there.

Or at least it looks that way.

There are people everywhere.

Maz and Birdie hook their arms with mine and we walk up a long set of steps to get to the front porch.

As I stare at the house, I finally realize what it looks like.

It looks like a vampire’s house.

Like some kind of old, gothic looking place.

It’s creepy as hell now that I think of it that way.

“Oh, watch out,” Maz says.

We pause and someone runs across in front of us.

It’s some guy. He suddenly stops and falls to his knees.

Vomit shoots out of his mouth, then he tumbles to his right and begins to roll down the hill.

“Fucking idiots,” Birdie says.
