As we waited and looked around to see if anybody would turn tail and run off, nobody did. The rouges and traitors of Pierce's pack, those that were still alive, stayed behind. They probably knew they had nowhere else to go, so being here was better than being out on the street. Satisfied, Rosie continued. "Kingsrose Renegades Pack, step forward." One by one, the shifters that made up our pack stepped into the center. My heart was relieved when I saw Thomas and the other betas that were once under Pierce's spell. Thankful that they managed to survive.

"You've fought valiantly tonight," Rosie said. "You trusted me to be your alpha, and because of you all, we defended our home as I promised. I will always be grateful to you all for standing by me since returning home. Hopefully we will continue doing so as the years go by. As per tradition by all Wolf Moon chosen, I have a gift to bestow to you. Please kneel and bow your heads."

They all did as instructed, and Rosie knelt, palm resting on the street. Energy flowed through her hand and branched out, connecting her to our pack members. Within seconds, they all bore the crescent moon markings on their foreheads as we did. Surprised, I noticed some of them reaching up to touch their forehead, wondering what it could mean. With a grin, Rosie stood up and explained. "As of tonight, you have all been given the power to reach your true potential. To shift into your full Lycan forms. Be mindful, for it's a powerful trait, but one that will serve you well."

Our pack leapt for joy, cheering and hugging, then rushing to Rosie to thank her. I was so proud of her, and our pack. Proud that we survived this war, and proud that we put an end to Pierce's reign of terror for good. Rosie looked back at us, the four men she selected and loved. She gave each of us a kiss on the lips before stepping back and motioning for the lodge. "Let's go home."

"That's the best idea I've heard tonight," Kai said, glad to be free of his own demons and happy to be reunited with us. Our family was whole again. Going home sounded perfect.

EPILOGUE

ROSIE

"So, I guess this is it," Del said, the next day, as her men packed up their belongings for the long drive back to New York. It was strange to see them leaving after spending six months with us here in Kingsrose. It wasn't going to be the same without them, but on the other hand, they were away from their own pack long enough. It was time for them to get back to life as alphas themselves.

"Seems so," I said, trying to hold back my tears. "Thank you for all your help, Del. It was great having you around again."

"Oh, Rose." Del pulled me into her arms. "We're sisters. I'll always be around to help when you need me. Never forget that. And it was great to see you too."

"So," I said, pulling back and put on my brave face. "What's next for you? Are you going to go back to taking down wolf hunting branches?"

Del rolled her eyes thinking how stupid I was to ask such a silly question. "Of course. Someone has to."

"You know, I do have the power to also turn humans into shifters without biting them. Do you think you're finally ready to be one of us officially?"

It was something I thought about since last night. After everything Del had done for shifter kind in an attempt to atone for her wrongdoings, I felt she more than deserved it. She made mistakes, but as far as I was concerned, she was more than making up for it.

"I appreciate the offer Rosie, but no thank you," Del said.

"Why not?"

"Because I started this path with wolf shifters as a human, and I want my path to end the same way. When all the wolf hunting branches are a thing of the past, then I might consider taking you up on your offer. For now, I'm happy with being human. Makes me more badass, don't you think?" Del winked.

I laughed but nodded, understanding what she wanted to do, and I respected her for it. The offer would always stand if she changed her mind. Del said her goodbye then went to pack up her motorcycle, which left Javier to step in.

"I cannot tell you how proud I am of you, Rosa," Javier managed to get out while choking on his emotions. "I always knew you were something special, and now the world gets to see it too. I'm proud to call you my little sister, and I know Mom and Dad would be proud too."

Already sniffling, I hugged Javier, grateful that he came to my rescue when I needed him. I knew he never understood why I wanted to leave the Blue Moon Pack, but that never stopped him from having my back. I would always miss having him around, but at least now he knew I would be okay. I found where I belonged, and I found my purpose in life.

"Te quiero mucho," I whispered.

"Te quiero mucho," Javier replied. "Promise me you'll come visit?"

"Of course, and don't be a stranger either."

"I won't," Javier said, then went up to the porch where Abuelita was waiting and embraced her in a tight embrace.

Next came Caleb and Raph. "You stay out of trouble, you hear me?" I told Caleb, then to Raph, "And keep your brothers out of trouble too."

Raph laughed. "I'll try. And you take care of yourself, little rose. We're going to miss you."

"Ditto," Caleb agreed. "Keep kicking ass, Your Majesty."

I rolled my eyes at him, waving him off while Raph and Kao hugged and said their goodbyes. Seeing Raph go was going to hurt Kao more since they bonded so much. I'd make sure they got to see each other again. I couldn't wait to get him with and his brothers together again, where they could actually have fun instead of preparing for war.

My mates and I waved them off one last time as their vehicles drove off and headed home. My goodbyes continued as I turned to Roxanne and Morgan. "Thanks again for your help," I said to Morgan.

"Not a problem. It was nice to be surrounded my wolf shifters for a change. It was an interesting experience."
