“Always.”

“Oh, yeah?” I licked around her ear then raked my teeth down the side of her neck.

“Oh… yeah…”

I adored her sultry voice, the way it reverberated in my ears. I pulled back only long enough to turn her around, pressing the full weight of my body against her. “Put your arms over your head,” I instructed.

“What if I don’t?”

Laughing, all I had to do was issue two hard smacks against her bottom, her yelp exaggerated but turning me on even more. “Obey me, little girl, or face the consequences.”

Every sound out of her mouth breathless, she did as she was told, also placing her face against the wall. I spread her legs wide apart before pressing the tip of my cock against her dark hole. Then I jerked her away from the building, forcing her back into a deep arch.

Moaning, she clawed at the wall, taking gasping breaths as I pushed an inch inside. My cock was throbbing, the need for release creating a series of body spasms. Fuck, the woman made me hot, incapable to controlling myself. I pushed another inch inside, hitting the tight ring of muscle.

“Oh, God. So big.”

“Just the way you like it,” I murmured.

She tried to look over her shoulder, her long, wet hair getting in the way, but I caught a glimpse of her smile. I was expecting her naughty side, but there was something else in heated gaze, as if the woman was placing her trust in me.

It hit me hard, more so that I would have believed. I closed my eyes, digging my fingers into the skin on her hips, inhaling her fragrance as I thrust the rest of my cock inside. Every sound she made, every undulation of her body fueled the need, injected another shot of adrenaline through me.

Panting, I fucked her relentlessly, the force enough she slapped her hands on the surface, gasping for air. I refused to stop, even though my balls were aching like a son of a bitch. Her moans filtered into my eardrums, the ache building.

“Oh. Yes. Yes.”

After gritting my teeth, I threw my head back, no longer able to fight my body’s reactions. As I issued a roar, erupting into her tight ass, I made her a promise that I kept in silence.

One day I’d find the courage to walk away from her in order to allow her a normal life.

One day…

CHAPTER10

Santiago

The communication was clear as well as abrupt.

Contact me immediately.

I glared at the screen, swiveling back and forth in the chair. Broderick had been given the message I’d sent. I was curious as to what he had to say, but a part of me wanted to wait a little longer. We’d had a couple of quiet days, which had enabled me to do some additional digging. What I’d found could be considered red flags, but I had to be certain of what I was dealing with.

I also needed to be careful before making any undue accusations. That wouldn’t bode well for my budding new career. If I had one after I finished this mission. Truth was I couldn’t be entirely certain I cared whether I went on another. I had plenty of money to last the rest of my life, the inheritance my parents and had left for Manuel and me more than I could comprehend. I’d always wondered how they’d amassed such a fortune when they lived frugally, our childhood spent in a typical fashion with our parents pinching pennies.

While I’d never looked into the reason for the huge bank accounts, my gut had always told me that if I had searched, I might not like what I found. Why it bore on my mind now, I wasn’t certain except I’d started to question everything about my past.

I glanced out the window, confirming Willow remained at the river’s edge, sitting on the bridge and dangling her feet in the water. She’d been as reflective as I’d been, taking my commands as I taught her survival methods and how to use a weapon without hesitation. We’d talked some about her family, but she’d maintained she didn’t know her mother very well.

And that she had no intentions of learning anything about her.

Bad blood. I couldn’t imagine having that within the immediate family. Maybe I’d been lucky. I couldn’t say the same about my brother. He’d never gotten along with our father, blaming him for almost everything. Manuel had been the bad kid, refusing to follow anyone’s rules. He was all grown up now, but I had no idea what or how he was doing. Shame on me.

I grabbed the communications device, making contact to Broderick. The jury was out on the man, other than I knew he took his position very seriously.

“Viper.”

“Director.”
