I was very curious and suspicious as to why my mother was here. She and my father were overseas on business for a while, so when Alessandro told me she was in town, I instantly had red flags popping up. She stared intently at her wine glass before she raised her head, smiling as she craned her neck to someone behind me.

My brother appeared out of nowhere, sitting across from me in the only available chair. I guess he did not return to New Jersey after all. He was all smiles as he patted me on the shoulder and gave a small wave and wink to Isabelle. I rolled my eyes, laying my hand below the table on her thigh.

“Ciao Mamma,” Alessandro greeted her directly.

Isabelle appeared to be a bit more nervous. I trailed my fingertips up to her hand, giving her a few reassuring squeezes, before resting it on her thigh once again. I stroked her soft skin in small circles with my thumb.

“Since your brother died, I have missed you boys more than normal,” my mother continued, answering my question. “I want to make sure we are all together for Christmas.” She turned to Isabelle, reaching across the table. “And I hope you will join us if my son will not keep you from us.” She withdrew her hand, moving it back to her wine glass. “We will be spending Christmas at our home in Austria this year.”

“That's great,” Isabelle blurted excitedly, “I would love to play tennis with you!”

My mother froze and her eyes widened. Alessandro snorted, subtly covering his mouth. My eyes suddenly focused on Joseph whose eyes were diverted to the floor as if he refused to make eye contact with anyone.

“We will be in the mountains and there will be several feet of snow on the ground,” my mother noted.

“Oh,” Isabelle blushed, relaxing her posture in defeat.

“But definitely bring a skimpy bikini because there is a jacuzzi and indoor pool at the house,” Alessandro exclaimed, winking at Isabelle.

Annoyed, I shot him a warning stare, “Shut it.”

Before any of us could further speak, Isabelle excused herself to the bathroom. I took a deep breath the moment she was gone. I knew she had disappeared to hide her embarrassment. Before I could say anything to my mother, Alessandro glanced at me. I shook my head.

“Ma, he is going to propose to Isabelle.”

“Is she pregnant?”

“What?!” I snapped. “No!” I sighed, “I genuinely love her, and I want to spend my life with her.”

“Well, that is wonderfu--.”

Before she could finish her sentence, my phone vibrated and I slid it out of my pocket, interrupting my mother. “Sorry, one second,” I apologized, scrolling to a text Isabelle had sent.

Can you come here please? I need to speak to you.

I cleared my throat, placing my phone back in my pocket, “Excuse me for a moment.”

I made my way to the Ladies' Room, opening the door, calling out, “Isabelle?”

She grabbed my hand, pulling me through the doorway, wrapping her arms around me. She then pulled my head down to meet her lips.

I pulled away, chuckling, “What the hell are you doing?”

“I need you to calm my nerves immediately,” She gave me puppy dog eyes. “She’s so intimidating!”

I nodded, smirking. We both glanced toward the door, spotting a lock. I reached over, turning it, trapping us in the privacy of the luxury bathroom. I picked her up and she wrapped her legs around my waist, hooking her ankles together.

“Tell me what you want me to do to you, bella.”

She ran her tongue over her bottom lip. I pressed my already erect member against her, carrying her over to the counter and set her down. She began to move her hips, grinding herself against me.

“I want you inside me now.”

“And how do you ask?” I bit her neck, before slowly running my tongue up to her ear.

“Please,” she gasped.

Unhurriedly and firmly, I stroked her mound outside her panties, growling into her ear, “Please what?”
