A hand pressed to my back, warm breath brushing against my neck.

“Tell me who you belong to, Rogue.”

“You,” I whispered, so my brothers didn’t overhear.

“I will never tire of hearing that. I might get you to tell me every day for the rest of our lives.”

“The rest of our lives, eh?” I replied, my heart racing at the thought of having him forever.

“Do you think, now I’ve got you, I’m ever letting you go again?”

“I hope you don’t.”

“I want you to know my eyes will be on you all night. Thinking about all the delicious ways I’m going to worship you after your gig.”

Desperate to turn around and touch him, I let out a shaky breath as my nipples hardened from his words.

“I bet you’re wet for me already. I wish you had a skirt on so I could feel how much you wanted me. I can’t wait to sink into you, but first I want you on your knees with those red lips around my cock.”

Unable to stop myself, I turned, my eyes meeting his. Licking my lips slowly, I watched as his pupils dilated. Obviously, realizing how exposed we were, Matt’s eyes darted around to make sure no one was watching our interaction.

“You look beautiful, by the way. Very Cosmic God.”

I smiled, looking down at my outfit, which had become my on stage uniform. Just like my brothers, we all had a part to play.

Tanner in his eyeliner, topless, tattooed, dressed in leather.

Mav’sI’ve just fucked someone and came on stage to play for youlook.

Gray and his ripped jeans and come to bed eyes.

Me… my look wassexy and just stumbled on stage so I might as well play the drums while I'm here.

People were always surprised to find out I was a drummer in one of the world’s biggest rock bands. I’d been told I should be a model, an actress, or a singer. People had told me I was too beautiful, too clever, or toospecialto bejusta drummer, and I guessed that had all added to my lack of confidence about being in the band. But, no matter what, I loved what I did. I loved playing, I loved being with my brothers, even when I wanted to murder them, and I loved creating music. I just hated that doing the thing I loved meant the whole world thought it had a right to an opinion about me.

Sometimes I simply wanted to hide away and write and never step on a stage again. Sometimes, and think all four of us craved the same thing, even though we’d never really discussed it, we wanted a normal life for a while. Or as normal as we could make it, given who we were.

“Text me when you’re on your way back later,” I whispered. Noticing my brothers walking onto the stage to the sound of screaming and cheering, I turned to follow them.

“Rogue,” Matt called.

I glanced back over my shoulder, taking in his huge body, his legs wide, arms folded over his chest, his face expressionless, ready to do his job. But like a switch had been flicked, his face softened, his eyes lit up and a smile spread.Love you, he mouthed, and my skin rushed with a warmth that had nothing to do with the crowd or the spotlights as I walked on stage, drumsticks in hand, and everything to do with the fact that someone loved me and his eyes were firmly fixed on me as I played tonight.

Matt: I’ve just finished briefing the night security. I need a quick shower and then I’m all yours.

Me: How long?

Matt: twenty minutes?

Me: You have ten. I have a surprise for you. No one is about. Come straight in.

I applied my reddest lipstick, blotting in on a tissue so it didn’t end up on my teeth, and ran my fingers through my wavey hair, pulling it so it hung over my shoulders. Slipping on my red Louboutin heels, I let my robe fall from my body, leaving me naked. Spraying some perfume on my pulse points, I took a quick look at myself in the full length mirror, butterflies dancing wildly in my stomach.

I heard the door click and the telltale sound of Matt’s heavy gait pounding across the floor.

“Rogue?”

“Give me a second. I’ll be right out.”
