“Next time?” she asks as I feel her eyes on me.
“Do you want to stop?” I challenge her and meet her hungry eyes with my own.
“No,” Laina whispers, and we turn to face each other as I reach out to stroke her face.
I clean up in the bathroom and return to bed to find her curled up facing my side of the bed.

She walks back into the room, and I swear something clicks into place for me as she joins me on the bed.
“Will this affect work?” she asks as I look at her.
“No more than anything else. It’s just us in this room, Laina. I don’t care about anyone else right now.” I assure her as she smiles. “We don’t need to think too hard about this right now. I just like being with you.”
I pull her back into my arms and hold her before we kiss again. Laina moans as I roll her over on top of me. She rocks over me, and I grip her hips to find a way inside of her again.

“Not so much,” Laina laughs as we pull the blankets over our bodies. Laina plugs her phone in to charge and sets an alarm for an hour earlier than I get up for work at home.
Tomorrow is going to kick my ass, but this is so worth it.
We sleep so well that it is the alarm that wakes us up and I need to get home to shower for work. I kiss Laina and head out, making sure the door is locked behind me before dashing towards my car.
