Page 38 of Craving Them

I arched an eyebrow at him. “Old guys who still kick rock’s arse.”

Jeremy chuckled. “All right, I can’t help but respect a true fan. I hope we can make Mad Lurchers your third favorite band by the end of the night.”

I twisted my mouth up at him. “We’ll see.”

“Do you know where you’re sitting?” Sienna asked.

“No idea.”

“I’m stage-side. I wish you could sit with me.”

“Me too, but I’m on a date.” I lowered my voice. “A trio date, actually.”

Her eyes lit up. “Ooh, who are the lucky men tonight?”

“Byron, Royce, and Jack.”

Our gazes traveled toward my bisexual men.

“Lucky boys.”

“Oi,let’s go, sugar. We have to be in there before the crowds,” Jeremy called from where he’d joined Cruz by the stage door.

“Okay, already!” Sienna and I hugged, and she kissed my cheek. “See you in there.”

“Enjoy the show, Sin.”

“You too.” She winked at me, and I certainly didn’t mistake the naughty smile she flashed as I turned away and went over to my guys.

Byron was studying the show’s poster, so I went and wrapped my arms around his waist from behind. “This show is going to be wicked. Mad Lurchers are doing all the music.”

“Mad Lurchers?” Byron half-turned to me. “Weren’t they the guys at the bar the other night?”

“One and the same. Sienna’s here too. I think she’s on a date with Jeremy.”

“What about Ruben? Have those two broken up or something?”

I shrugged. “I didn’t want to make her uncomfortable. I’ll speak to her when we have some girl time during the week.”

We met up with Royce and Jack as we went inside the theater to find our seats. I glanced from the three guys to the row of seats. “So, ahh… who’s sitting where?”

Without hesitation, Jack slid across to the fourth seat, and I wasn’t surprised when Byron followed next. I had to admit. I was secretly gunning for Jack and Byron to figure out that they were into one another, so I shamelessly enjoyed every step they took toward the realization.

Royce’s fingers dug into my hips. “You next, sea sprite.” As always, my body reacted to him as he marched me forward and deposited me into my seat.

While we waited for the performance to begin, my gaze continued to travel toward Sienna. She typed wildly on her phone, but when Jeremy joined her again, she smiled at him like a Cheshire cat. I gulped back a gasp when the hulking guy bent down and kissed her before occupying the seat to her right.

“Hey.”Royce squeezed my hand, and I glanced at him.“Forget about Sienna. Whatever’s going on with her is her deal. Enjoy the evening, enjoy the show, and enjoy being with us.”

I pressed against the kiss he placed on my jawline. “You’re right. I will enjoy myself.”

“Good.” Royce settled back in his seat, though his hand lingered on my thigh.

I took his and Byron’s hands, and we all watched the crazy and bizarre show before us.

Two hours later, we emerged from the theater in a daze. Crazy and bizarre certainly wasn’t an understatement.

“Did punk music even exist in Jesus’ time?” Royce asked.
