“Frances?” I asked.

Mac nodded. “I traced the original text sent from him, but he couldn’t have taken the video.”

“Why is that?” Luxious asked.

“Frances has been absent from school the entire week,” Samson answered.

“What he said. I found him at his vacation home at Halfway Beach.”

I whistled. “Kidnapping a part of your duties now?” I walked over to Frances.

He had earplugs in. His hair was tousled, and he smelled of the ocean. Sporting a loose linen shirt and swim trunks.Fucking piece of shit.I’d always wanted to kill him, but his family owned one of the biggest hotel chains in the world. They put their money into some of the most corrupt organizations, including the Hell’s Chaser MC.

Hawke slunk in, looking like a kicked puppy. I hated seeing him down.

“What do we do with him?” I asked.

“Does he know why he’s here?” Luxious asked.

Frances turned his head, and the soaked rag in his mouth muffled whatever he was trying to say. He could probably feel he wasn’t alone anymore.

“No, I called you the moment I had him. This isn’t my thing, but Kee goes through enough being new and being claimed by you guys.” Mac leaned back and crossed his arms.

“And if you made a move against him personally, your family could reap the fallout,” Samson said.

Mac shrugged. “I may only be the third son, but even my actions are watched.”

I grabbed a fistful of Frances’s hair and brought my fist back before cracking it across his face. The blow sent shock waves of tingles up my arm. I grinned as I stared at the blood dripping from his nose.

Mac shook his head at me, but he didn’t say anything. He wasn’t stupid after all.

“I’ve always hated him.” I stripped out of my leather jacket and prepared for the fun part. “Hawke, are you going to let me have all the fun?”

He peaked at me through his pitch-black hair. Hawke said nothing as he made his way over to me, and the moment he punched Frances, a smile appeared on his face.

“Uh, can you two wait until there is at least something on the ground? I don’t want to clean up blood,” Mac said.

“Hurry it up.” Lucious took off his suit jacket and rolled his sleeves up.

Hawke and I looked at each other. Usually, torturing was left to us unless the person needed to die an excruciating death. That was Samson’s specialty. His victims were ones not even the police could stomach looking at.

“Take the gag out of his mouth,” Luxious ordered.

“A bit bossy?” I yanked the soaked rag out of Frances’s mouth and dropped it to the ground. Mac didn’t look too happy about it but wisely kept his mouth shut.

“If you want money, I can get it to you, but you’re making a big mistake.” He audibly swallowed, licking his cracked lips that were covered in blood. “You have no idea who I am.”

Hawke slapped him hard, the sound resonating around the room. One of the earplugs fell out and rolled on the floor. Frances let out an undignified scream.

“We know exactly who you are.” Luxious nodded, and the blindfold came off next.

Frances blinked rapidly. However, from the tremor wrecking his body, he knew who stood before him.

“I…” He coughed and squinted through his lashes. “I didn’t record the video.”

“But you sent it out,” Luxious said.

Frances shook his head, and Hawke took a step toward him.
