I scurried after them and shouted, “Kyle, stop!”

My brother’s gaze darted toward me, and the fury in his gray eyes ratcheted up a notch as he scanned my mussed hair and swollen lips. “Oh, hell no. I won’t be done until this motherfucker is six feet under.”

Kyle didn’t give either of us the chance to explain. He went straight into fighting mode, aiming a right jab at Aiden’s jaw. The blow was solid, jerking his head back and making me cry out. “Aiden!”

He shook off the hit and stretched his arm out to stop me from coming any closer. “Stay back, little firecracker. Let me handle your brother.”

“But it’s my fault—”

While Aiden was distracted by me, Kyle got another hit in, aiming for his kidney this time. I pressed my lips shut, unwilling to make this fight any more difficult for him. My sister-in-law wrapped her arm around my back and tugged me a few feet down the hallway. “Don’t worry too much. Now that you’re safely out of the way, Rider will be able to fight back.”

“You better not be rooting for this asshole, kitty cat,” Kyle grunted after he took a blow to his stomach.

Cat just laughed and shook her head, circling her hand in the air as though she was telling him to get on with it. I turned accusing eyes on her and hissed, “I cannot believe you’re okay with this.”

“Oh, sweetie. You had to know this was going to end in blows.” She shook her head and flashed me a soft smile. “Your brother won’t listen to reason until he gets this out of his system.”

I huffed, knowing she was right. But what she’d said about Rider fighting back was also true. So, I stayed put and watched the two most important men in my life beat the shit out of each other for a few minutes. Then I ran out of patience and threatened, “You better stop right now, or I’m going to jump in the middle and nail you in the balls, Kyle.”

“Hey, I’m not done with those yet,” Cat protested. “If you do any permanent damage, we won’t be able to give you any more nieces or nephews.”

“Yeah, well, if my brother keeps going, then he might blow my chance of having any sons and daughters unless I’m already pregnant,” I retorted, tapping my foot against the floor. “So forgive me if I’m not too worried about his junk at the moment.”

Kyle’s head jerked up, his eyes narrowing as he growled, “You could already be pregnant? How the fuck long has this shit been going on behind my back?”

“Don’t talk to her like that,” Aiden snarled, shoving my brother against the wall.

Before their fight escalated again, I explained, “He found out that I was your sister about thirty seconds before you busted through the door and dragged his ass out here.”

There was a moment of utter silence before Breaker stomped toward us with several other members of the Silver Saints at his side. “We’re in a church for my wedding, and you assholes thought this was the right time to get into a fucking fight?”

Two of the guys moved in to pull Aiden and Kyle away from each other. My brother looked over his shoulder and shook his head. “Of course, you’d be the one to hold me back, Dax. You’d be a huge fucking hypocrite if you took my side in this after what you pulled with Nova’s sister.”

“There’s no need to bring my sister into this,” Nova muttered.

Dax nodded. “Yeah, my wife has nothing to do with your shit.”

I couldn’t miss how Dax had been sure to claim Arya as his wife after her brother had defended her. Turning to Cat, I asked, “Their macho bullshit is never going to end, is it?”

“Nope.” She let the P on the end pop as she shook her head and grinned. “That’s the price you pay for falling for a Silver Saint when your brother is a member.”

Kyle glared at his old lady. “Nobody said anything about falling for anyone. They barely know each other. Now that Rider knows that Wendy is my sister, he can do the right thing and back the fuck off.”

Aiden shook off Nova’s hold and strode over to me. Flinging his arm around my shoulder, he growled, “That’s never gonna happen, Scout. Wendy is my woman, and nothing’s going to change that.”

Kyle crossed his arms over his chest, a stubborn gleam in his eyes. “I don’t see your name on her.”

“Oh, give me a break. It’s a wedding, and I’m a bridesmaid.” I jerked my thumb toward Cat. “None of the women are wearing their vests, including your wife.”

Aiden pulled me closer into his embrace. “Make no mistake. She’ll be wearing my patch soon, brother.”

I gasped at the certainty in his voice and twisted my neck to stare up at him in awe. “Really?”
