While Kirsten headed inside, he grabbed Zara from the car. He headed inside and found the cabin rather spacious. There were tall, vaulted ceilings and a fireplace already going.

Kirsten shrugged her jacket off and threw herself into a chair. She smiled. “This is wonderful.”

He smiled at her, seeing she was now his wife. They were married. The idea made him happier than ever.

Kirsten tilted her head. “Why are you smiling so big?”

“Because.” He set Zara down and walked towards her. “I’m married to an amazing woman.”

She reached up, and he kissed her. He kissed her like he’d been searching for air and had finally found it. He wrapped her legs around his waist and leaned into her, pinning her to the chair. Kirsten was the one to break the kiss.

“Henry.” She leaned back. “Zara is right there.”

“She doesn’t know what we are doing.”

She scowled. “I don’t care. I know where this leads, and she doesn’t need to watch.”

“Want me to put her into her crib?”

She swatted at him. “No, now move. I want to see the rest of the cabin.”

He watched her pull herself up and turn to look at the cabin. He wanted to pull her back but didn’t. He enjoyed watching her just as much.

They cooked dinner together that night and went to bed after watching the sunset. He had plans for the next few days and looked forward to each of them. He had planned a sled tour that was three hours long after they saw an ice-skating show. He also planned for them to decorate a tree and take some photos for memories. Kirsten had mentioned she would love some photos to hang at the house, so he scheduled a photo shoot for the day before they left.

But the biggest thing on his mind was something Kirsten had said on the way down. They were driving, and he looked up in the rearview mirror and smiled at Zara. She then looked at him and asked if he wanted more kids.

He looked at her now, pulling the sheets back in the bed. He wanted more kids. He never thought he’d want more, but now that he was married and loved Kirsten with his entire being, he did. He wanted Zara to have siblings and other people she could rely on.

“Were you serious about what you said in the car?”

Kirsten looked at him as she slid into the bed. “What do you mean?”

“About kids. Did you want more kids?”

She chuckled and gave him a smile. “Of course, if that’s what you want.”

“I do.” He nodded his head. “I do want more kids. I want Zara to have siblings.”

She smiled. “Okay, then we can have more kids.”

He leaned onto the bed and smirked at her. “You want to try for them now?”

Her eyebrows went up. “Now?”

“Why not? Zara is asleep, and we have an entire week to make it happen.”

She smirked back at him and leaned forward, nearly jumping on him. He wrapped his arms around her, pulling her onto the bed and pinning her down. She laughed, and it was like music to his ears.

He kissed her, tasting every inch of her mouth. He licked down her neck, listening as she moaned softly. He felt his cock harden, and he inhaled her scent.

He grabbed her nightgown and slowly started to slip it off her shoulders. He took in her breasts as it dropped lower and enjoyed the dip in her stomach. He pulled it clean off, revealing her pussy. He growled and ran his hands over her thighs.

“You are a blessing.”

She smiled at him. “I could say the same about you.”

He shook his head with a chuckle. “You gave me a different future than what I had, Kirsten. You saved Zara and me. You are a blessing.”
