I wasn’t worried about bumping into Isaac. I’d been successfully avoiding that perverted fuck-tard ever since our entanglement in the courtyard.

But Rhett…his departure had me very, very nervous.

I didn’t know him that well aside from the little bit of info Sky had given me, but if my prediction was correct, then he’d ran back and told his fellow Ravagers all about our private conversation. That’s what I was hoping for. If Rhett saw me as an ally, then he’d convince the others of it too.

Isaac’s motives were clear—he simply just wanted to fuck me. It was a disgusting thing for me to even consider given what I knew about his history jumping from cunt to cunt.

He’d already had his fingers knuckle deep inside me before, so, if fucking his brains out was all it took to get him fully wrapped around my fingers, then I guess I had no other choice but to saddle on up and ride his ass like a fucking pony.

Phantom though, his barriers would be the hardest to break. Pussy and sweet talk wouldn’t cut it with that viperous grenade. He didn’t do physical contact, which was why I was hoping I could’ve gotten some alone time with him by hiring him to help dig up dirt on my father. That shit had obviously blown up in my face. So, I had to figure out another approach.

It would take some time. Plan A didn’t work, so now Rhett was my plan B.

And if he failed, then I guess there was no other choice but to devise a plan C.

There had to be some fucking way for me to connect with the Grinch of Storm Ridge Academy.

I stopped by my locker with still a solid ten minutes to spare before I had to race across campus to English. Thankfully, with Halloween a few weeks away, and with everyone gushing over the Halloween party coming up, my teachers decided to be generous by dampening down on the homework.

Putting some books away, I stepped back as a folded piece of paper slipped out and fell at my feet. My brows furrowed when I picked it up and read over it.

Meet me at the pool in five minutes. We need to talk.

I read over it again, and again, flipping it over to scan around for a name, but there wasn’t one.

Did Rhett do this?I wondered as I continued eyeing it over. I wasn’t sure who else it could’ve been, so I shrugged and finished putting my books away before tailing through the nearest shortcut to the pool. When I walked through the door, I glanced ahead to the attached gym, finding Phantom there.

Now I was really taken aback. Was it Phantom who sent the note? Why did he ask me to meet him at the pool if he was at the gym?

I walked around the pool and headed there, watching him through the window. He wasn’t aware of my presence. He was doing power squats with what looked like over two hundred pounds of weight loaded onto the bar draped across the back of his stacked shoulders. His eyes were closed and there was a large pair of wireless headphones covering his ears.

And he was shirtless, too.

My disloyal pussy throbbed as my eyes grazed over his tattoos, the sweat coating his perfect body, and how his muscles contracted with every other squat he made. How he angrily gnawed at his snakebites in total concentration.

My lips parted.

My GOD he was fucking beautiful…

“Hey bitch,” an angry voice snarled from behind me. “You actually showed.”

I spun on my heel, spotting Kinsley Sinclair and her two lackies, Gretchen and Janice. Malice was rooted on every crease of their faces as they glared me down.

“Um, hi?” I said stupidly.

Understanding flooded me as they dispersed, circling me. It wasn’t Rhett or Phantom who’d dropped that note in my locker.

It was Kinsley.

“Can I fucking help you?” I tiffed as I began copying their movement, moving in a circle around them.

“This is all you’re fucking fault!” Kinsley snapped, her fists balled to her sides.

Clearly I had no idea what the fuck this lunatic was talking about.

“Yeah,” Gretchen, the skinny blonde tiffed at me.

“You’re the reason Kinsley has to leave campus!” growled Janice.
