“I know,” I said, swallowing hard.

How many times had I been the one to send an omega witch home? Hell, I’d given lectures on reasons why.

“You’re not even wearing your gloves today.”

It was true. I’d been lucky I’d managed to even wear pants. I’d been lucky to even be able to make it to the office without cumming on them too.

My thoughts started to turn back to everything that had just happened. To everything I had just done with my new employee and secretary. It was supposed to be wrong, but I certainly didn't regret anything.

I wanted more.

I felt that hunger return. The one that used to drive me towards power and greed except now it was focused on lusting after Sylvia and Anne.

“I will be along soon,” I said, my voice sharp. “I just need a few more moments to collect myself.”

“You do realize that you're in an office full of monsters,” Calen said, raising a brow. “And that you have been the one to send several omegas home when the same situation happened to them?”

“Yes,” I snapped. “I do realize that. But none of them was the boss of this company.”

“Well, that's why you have Inferna.”

“Did she send you?”

“No,” he chuckled. “I came here to make sure you were okay.”

I was silent for a moment, pressing my lips together. He didn’t have to check on me.

“Thanks,” I mumbled.

I cranked on the faucet, splashing my face with water. I grabbed a paper towel, and dried it off quickly. I would be able to last for another hour or so, but then I would need to go home. Go home or walk around the office with a hard cock, bringing the attention of every monster in the vicinity to me.

“Alright,” I said, turning to face him. “Do I at least look presentable?”

“Sure,” Calen said, wincing. “Come on.”

I fought the urge to sigh and followed him out of the bathroom, going down the hall to Art’s office. Inferna and Art were already inside, and their expressions didn’t bode well.

Inferna cleared her throat, her dark hair framing her face. Her tail flicked behind her, the heart shaped end waving like a red flag.

That was a sign that she was irritated, which meant this really was bad news.

“What’s wrong?” I asked.

Inferna gave me a flat look. “Shut the door.”

I waved my hand, using my magic to shut it as I took a seat.

She leaned back in her chair, letting out a sigh. “I have bad news. And it’s not something we could control necessarily, but… well, here it is. One of my uncles is Lucifer.”

I immediately scowled. I had never run into Lucifer himself, but I had heard plenty of things over the years. I’d also heard that he’d settled down not too far from here and had turned from his evil ways.

“Lucifer is good,” Inferna said. “Well, as good as he can be. But he’s still mischievous and there are times when he still does things that cause a headache.”

I didn’t like where this was going.

“I guess about three weeks ago, he got a phone call from hell. I don’t even know how that works. But he got a call from Alfred. Apparently uncle Lucy owed him a favor, and repaid it. He sent help and broke him out of hell.”

Ice immediately filled my veins, the blood draining from my face. I felt my chest squeeze, panic edging up.
