“M-Mason asked what his name was…”

“Oh God,” I looked up again and found my man pulling on black jeans and a t-shirt; clearly, he was getting ready to go somewhere. “Let me call you back.”

Mason seemed to be moving at hyper speed. “Wait, where are you going?”

“To break some of this assholes bones,” Mason shrugged.

Going over to him, I put my hand on his chest. “Is that a really good idea?”

“Nora,” he leaned down and offered me a kiss on forehead. “Darlin, you don’t break rules. Men like this think they can get away with it. What did Rain say the police said?”

A soft sigh escaped. “That they couldn’t do much.”

“He hurt your sister, and that in turn hurt you. We…don’t like that. At. All.”

My pussy had started to tingle, and I felt warmth flooding into my cheeks.

“I’m coming with you,” I said feeling foolish.

He grinned widely. “Never would’ve thought otherwise.”

My feet were already carrying me across the wooden floors as fast as my black socks would allow. The weather was getting rather chilly due to October bringing in some frosty winds. Blowing out the pumpkin candle on my dresser that had the whole apartment smelling like fall, I found some jeans and a sweatshirt.

Checking the mirror, I saw that my hair needed a good brushing. Raking my fingers through and adding a bit of edge control to the situation, I ended up with a side ponytail.

“I’m ready!” I announced and saw Mason checking his imaginary watch.

“No heels!” He declared. “We’re taking my bike.”

I made a face and pulled on my black Air Force ones. This situation seemed to be calling for them.

We got downstairs to the street where Mason had parked his bike. I checked the time, it was eleven p.m. and I didn’t know where we were going. Before getting on, I texted Rain.

Have bail money ready…

Mason pushed a helmet onto my head. “What exactly are you planning to do?”

He seemed focused and just told me to get on behind him. Wrapping my arms around him, I got as close as I could. The engine roared to life between our legs and I laid my head against his back.

I should have been scared and insisted that we take a car at least but Mason and his bike were one. He moved us through traffic and it was like we were a feather on the wind. Everything about the ride was smooth and easy.

When we finally stopped it was at some run down looking ass bar. A sign above flashed its name. On and off as if it was some sort of beacon for lowlifes. The Two Wheel Grill needed a face lift.

I felt like it was going to be a shit ton of bikers in this fucking place, judging from all the chrome sitting in front of it. Mason helped me off and then checked his phone.

“Your sister texted me a picture of this piece of shit,” he stated flashing me the phone so quickly I almost missed it. “When did she get your phone number?” I raised an eyebrow.

He laughed. “I only want your pussy baby.”

“You better,” I replied.

We entered the place holding hands and took in the sight before us. Nothing seemed too crazy or out of the ordinary. The place smelled like stale beer and there were neon lights everywhere. We slid into a booth, and my phone chimed with a message from Rain.

You went with him?

Rolling my eyes I typed back and hit send.Way to drag my man into your shit.

Your man?
