“New locks on a new door, as strong one too. I’ll be back tomorrow to make sure it's done.” I let him know, only easing my grip when he nods bitterly before cursing under his breath as he leaves, rubbing his arm.

“Anicenew door.” I instruct him, calling out after him, “And some fresh paint! Curtains-”

But he’s gone.

Noticing Violet already starting to pack, I hum with satisfaction.

Good girl…

“I think you’ll be more comfortable. At my place, I mean”. I hear myself telling her, sounding less like her teacher and more like her-

Like her what? Go ahead, Vince, say it…

Like her…daddy. Is that what you want you sick bastard!

You wanna hear her squeal ‘daddy’ while she bounces on your fucking cock is that it?

The thought makes me wince.

It’s more than that though. It’s… It’s complicated…

And the answer to my own question is a resounding yes. I can see her mouth saying the word over and over in my mind as my need for her swells larger in my pants.

Her eyes widen with disbelief at her day so far but Violet keeps her face down, focused on packing the few things she has into a duffel bag that’s almost as big as she is. And I can see at a glance that she's no slouch when it comes to hefting it around.

But she doesn’t seem as happy as I am now it’s been decided where’s best for her. She’s still upset.

“What’s wrong?” I ask her firmly, a little annoyed myself I haven’t got the heroes hug I think I’m due. For the girl I’ve stalked myself for weeks who’s right in front of me now, I don’t like this attitude I’m getting from her.

Sass and spirit have their place, but I think I know what's best for her. I did the second I laid eyes on her.

“I- I think I said I’ll be okay from here, Professor…” She says with fading conviction in her voice. Not even able to look me in the eye when she says it.

“…But I don't think I’ll be in class for a bit. I’m gonna- I mean, I think I’ll just-”

She looks ahead after standing up straight, her eyes fluttering as she grapples with more than she knows how to deal with.

And here I am. Right when she needs me the most.

I move over to her quietly. Running my hands up her arms before I tilt her chin with my fingers so I can see her properly. “Your place is with me now, Violet… Can’t you see?”

Taking a couple quick breaths of air I know she feels like she isn't getting, I watch her faint. Quickly and right into my arms that scoop her up. Squeezing her whole warm little body hard against mine, feeling like I’ve made the kill and now I have to make secret my prey.

Stop any other wannabe hungry wolves’ jaws snapping at what’s mine.

I stand holding her, watching her creased brow finally relax before I feel her body yield to mine. She’s conscious, but in that strange state between being awake and in a dream after a mental and emotional shock like the one she's just had.

Stirring, but with her eyes still closed, they finally snap open as she gasp. Her body wriggling to get free of my grip.

“It’s alright, Violet…” I assure her, gripping her tighter. “I got you-”

Something like a miniature fit ripples through her body, as if the demons of doubt, fear or maybe a little like my own. Maybe the demons of her own morality finally leave her sweet body.

And long before I even lean down to kiss her, I’ve got one wish already granted.

“Da-Daddy…” She whispers hoarsely, whimpering it again and burying her face in my chest.

My arms like tree trunks holding her safe from all the dangers of the world below us.
