“I have to go get the salad,” he spoke as he set down the food on the island. “What’s with the last-minute get-together?” he asked.

“Jackson and I have set a wedding date, and I’m asking the girls to be my bridesmaids.” I smiled.

“Excellent. What date did you set?”

“June 3rd. It’s the day we met in Cabo.”

“Nice.” He grinned. “I’ll run and get the salad from the car. I’ll be right back.”

After he brought the salad in, he left, and Jackson came down the stairs.

“Okay. What can I do?” He glanced at his watch. “Everyone will be showing up in about five minutes.”

“Can you grab the bottles of champagne?”

“Of course. Are you okay?”

“I’m fine.” I smiled as I reached up and kissed his lips.

Everyone had arrived. After we ate, I told Jenni to make her big announcement.

“No. You and Jackson announce your news first.” She smiled.

Jackson handed everyone a glass of champagne and hooked his arm around me.

“We gathered you all here tonight because Georgia and I have set a wedding date. We will be getting married in the Crystal Gardens on June 3rd.”

“This year?” Conner asked.

“Yes, bro. This year.” He chuckled.

“Damn. That’s like in a few months.” Nathan smiled. “Congratulations to you both.”

After everyone hugged and congratulated us, I asked for everyone’s attention.

“That wasn’t the only reason we brought you here tonight.” I smiled at Shaun and Jenni.

“I’m pregnant!” Jenni shouted. “Shaun and I are having a baby!”

The whole room screamed with excitement as hugs and kisses were exchanged. After the excitement settled, I gathered the girls in the living room while the guys went outside. Walking into the laundry room where I had the gift bags stashed, I grabbed them and walked back into the living room, handing Charleigh, Charlotte, Emilia, Julia, Jenni, Grace, Lily, and Ella, their gift bags. A couple of months ago, while Jackson and I were Christmas shopping, I picked up two beautiful diamond initial pendants for Lily and Ella. I was going to save them for their birthdays, but I thought it would be better to give them to the girls now since I wanted them to be a part of our wedding.

“When I count to three, you can all open your gifts.” I smiled. “One. Two. Three.”

“Thank you for this beautiful pendant, Georgia.” Lily hugged me. “I would be honored to be a jr. bridesmaid.”

“You’re welcome, sweetheart. Thank you.” I hugged her tight.

“Aunt Georgia! I love this.” Ella threw her arms around me. “Thank you so much.”

“You’re welcome, Ella.” I smiled as I hugged her tightly.

“Can I go show my dad?”

“Of course.” I tapped her on the nose.

“All this exciting news has my head spinning.” Charleigh grinned as she hugged me.

Jenni walked over and hooked her arm around me. “We need to get moving on your dress and the bridesmaid dresses. Do you know what you want?”
