Rio laughed and shook his head. “Good cop, bad cop, remember?”

“Fine, I’ll leave the psycho jokes to Ares. You’re good.”

An odious grunt startled me. Our diva had made his entrance.

My eyes flicked to Ares, who ambled towards the fridge while shooting daggers at me. Nothing unusual, really. Except, he’d been inside me. Nothing, and I repeat, nothing would ever be the same again.

“Misha’s coming by this afternoon,” Ares informed us while he prepared himself a cup with raw egg whites. “You ready? I want to get to the gym in time.”

“Yes, little brother,” Rio answered. Ares rolled his eyes and cracked four eggs. “The snakes still in critical?”

“One of them is.” Ares rotated his body and lifted one side of his upper lip at his brother. “You’re looking like a preppy douche,” he insulted before he gulped down the cup of snot in four large swallows.

I gagged, seeing his Adam’s apple bob while the slimy contents disappeared down his throat. He then sauntered over to the espresso machine. While Ares waiter for his coffee, he peeled an orange, and took a bite out of it—instead of eating it slice per slice.

Rio shrugged and laughed, dismissing Ares’ gloomy mood. “Now that’s psychotic.”

Ares eyes lifted to mine, and my heart leaped into my throat. His ominous smile was all I needed to get my feet moving. I almost slipped and fell while sliding down the breakfast chair.

One brow cocked on his pretty face. My eyes narrowed. Smug bastard.

“For a salsa dancer, your moves aren’t so smooth, Princess,” Rio chimed in.

My head turned to him, who threw his hands up to surrender after he saw my accusing expression.

“Salsa?” Ares asked with a pinch in his brows, kind of like he was interested. It was probably more like using it for leverage. The more information he gathered, the better he could play me.

“Yep,” I affirmed, and thumbed to the private section. “And now I’m dancing my way to my bedroom and grabbing my bikini to go sunbathe. Ah, what a lovely day to breathe in some Volt-free air, don’t you guys think?”

I made my way out, swaying my hips to a beat in my head. I threw my arms over my head, balled my fists, and flipped them the finger.

I had to do what I had to do. And if I wanted a key to my bedroom, I needed to be crafty. Maybe the key to the boys’ room fit mine. Since Ares thought it was cool to creep inside my room and leave me without letting me cum, it should be cool for me to poke inside his room.

That would remind him to be a little nicer.

As soon as I had unraveled Ares’ key from its locket and clutched it in my hand, I heard footsteps on the stairs.

Fuck, shit, fuck!

I thought they left for the gym!

Since I needed an excuse as of why I was there, I pretended to clean, hoping they’d forgotten I shouldn’t be doing that on a Sunday.

My armpits dampened as the footfalls grew heavier, and I frantically looked around. Good, some tissues on his nightstand, an empty bottle of lube and—oh, seriously.

I reached out to said tissues. Either he had a hell of a cold or he’d…jerked himself off.

Why the hell didn’t he clean those up?

A throat cleared as one of the twins reached the top floor. I let out a breath when I heard him walk to the bathroom in between the hallway and the bedroom. I stayed silent, trying to get out of this room before he noticed I was in it.

The tinkle of his pee hit the bowl of the john loud enough for me to realize he hadn’t closed the door adjacent to his bedroom. Then he started singing, and holy crap, he had a voice! One good enough to join a boyband instead of his dad’s metal band, but still.

His timbre heightened a little when he zipped his pants closed and flushed.

Justin Bieber just peaced out.
