“Believe it, shortcake. I figured it’s time I meet this Bertram character you love so much.”

“I… you, Noah Holden, are the best boyfriend ever.” I threw my arms around his neck and kissed him.

“I do have one tiny request, though.” A faint smirk traced his mouth as he pulled away.

“What?”

Noah leaned back in, brushing his lips along the shell of my ear, sparking a shiver down my spine. “I get to eat my favorite meal during the film.”

“Noah!”

“I’ve missed her, shortcake. And I’m pretty certain she’s missed me too.”

“You cannot keep referring to my…” I swallowed hard, my cheeks burning.

“Pussy?”

“Yes, that, as ‘she.’”

“Watch me.” He winked, dropping a kiss on my head before he shoved his hands in his pockets and strolled up to the counter as if he hadn’t just proposed going down on me in the theater.

Noah was something else.

Cocky. Charming. Unapologetic.

He was the guy who had stolen my heart and helped me learn to love myself again.

And he was completely and utterly mine.

EPILOGUE

NOAH

“Seriously, do you have to keep looking at me like that?” I asked Austin as he glowered across the locker room at me.

“It’s my prerogative to want to break your face every time I see you macking on my sister. My fucking sister, Holden.” He let out a pained groan, dropping his head back against the locker cages. “I’m never going to get over this shit. You’ve ruined senior year. My final season.”

“Quit being a baby, Hart.” Aiden came over and sat beside me. “You got outvoted. Deal with it.”

“Outvoted?” Austin’s head shot up. “The fuck?”

“Shit, you had to mention that?” I played along, and Aiden smirked.

“Wait a second, did you all vote?”

“Nobody voted,” I said. “He’s joking. It’s a joke.”

“Morgan, get over here.” Connor padded over to Austin and loomed over him. “What’s up?”

“Did you vote for Noah and Aurora to… you know.”

“Go public?”

“Yeah.”

“I didn’t unvote it.”

“Mase?” Austin called, and Mason grimaced.
