“You certainly made a work trip worthwhile,” he replies playfully kissing my neck before stepping back from me. I take his hand and follow him through the door leading to the kitchen.

As soon as we enter the building the smell of roasted lamb and veg fills my nose and I moan with pleasure. I turn to see Mrs Brown standing over the stove.

“Mrs Brown everything smells amazing,” Sean declares smiling at her. She turns and smiles at the two of us.

“I heard Miss Connor loves lamb so wanted to experiment with a new recipe.”

“I can’t wait to try it, and please call me Jasmine,” I reply. Mrs Brown nods as she does every time I tell her and turns back to the food, I know she’ll still be calling me Miss Connors tomorrow.

“Let’s go and find the others,” Sean says pulling me away from the kitchen and into the entrance hall.

“Everyone is in the sitting room,” Jason calls as he walks down the stairs. He walks straight to me, wraps an arm around my waist as I let go of Sean’s hand and kisses me. I place my arms around his neck and kiss him back.

“Hi angel,” he whispers grinning at me.

“Hi Daddy,” I smile, just as happy to see him as he is to see me.

Jason takes my hand and pulls me down the corridor behind where Sean has just gone where I know the other two are waiting for us.

As we walk into the study, I see Maximus and Christian going over some paperwork on one of the sofas. I let go of Jason’s hand and quickly kiss them both before sitting down next to Sean on the other sofa. He places an arm around my shoulder as I lean into him.

“Why aren’t you in school? You said you’d be there until late,” Christian asks frowning at his watch.

“I needed new pointe shoes; so Daddy Sean took me to get some. Plus, the computer lab’s closed so I can’t type up my essay,” I answer quickly. Christian looks at me with an arched brow.

“Why do you need the computer lab for that? Why can’t you do it here?”

“Because I don’t have a laptop anymore, I sold it remember,” I remind them sheepishly. Christian shakes his head and looks over at Jason.

“When are you going to learn to just ask for something,” Jason sighs walking over to me and placing a kiss on my head before leaving the room.

“When’s your essay due?” Christian asks looking back down at the papers on the table. I chew on my lip and look down at my hands as I fidget with the cuff of my jumper. Christian notices the silence and looks back up at me. “Baby girl, I asked you a question,” he growls as I look at him.

“Tomorrow,” I admit as his eyes widen.

“And how exactly did you plan on getting your essay done in one evening?” he demands.

“It’s done, I just need to type it up. I was going to do it on my phone once I got home and had internet access,” I reply defensively.

“Give me your phone.” Christian holds out his hand but I quickly shake my head. He gives me his Daddy look and I realise I’m pushing my luck. “Now Jasmine.”Fuck. When any of the guys use my real name, I know I’m in serious shit. I pull my phone out of my pocket and hand it to him nervously. He looks at it and then up at me.

“How long has it been broken?”

“It’s only the screen that's broken, the phone works fine,” I reply quickly.

“How long?”

“A few months,” I sigh knowing he will get the truth out of me anyway.

“Why didn’t you tell one of us, we could have gotten it fixed or replaced,” Sean asks from his seat.

“Because it works!” I protest. But as I look around at the three guys I know it’s the wrong answer.

“When is your upgrade due?” Maximus asks as he takes the phone from Christian and looks at it. “Is this even a contract phone? It’s at least four years old,” he adds frowning at it.

“Some of us can’t have top-of-the-range everything like you guys,” I snap as I go to snatch it out of his hand, but Christian stops me.

“But you can! All you have to do is tell us you need something,” Christian growls. “This is a prime example of why you need us as your daddies. You can’t be trusted to do what is best for you.”
