He started to brush the seeds off her, leaving them covering only her nipples and her pussy, and then he took a photo with his cellphone and told her, “If we ever see Bruno again, I’ve got something to show him.”

She moved in for a kiss, and when she hadn’t said anything about that, he asked, “You wouldn’t mind?”

“Let me see first,” she said. He showed her the photo and she said, “I look kinda hot, don’t I?”

“You always look hot, babe. But no one gets to see this.”

“Or that,” she said waving her hands at his naked body. “Anyone touches you will regret it.”

He knew how true that was.

With their appetitesshifted towards food now, they enjoyed their picnic, savoring each morsel as they soaked up the sun and embraced the silence that had descended over them. They felt no urgency to return to the real world. This was the essence of life.

Eventually, they gathered their things and mounted the bike, setting off toward home. As they rode, the wind carried away their thoughts, leaving only the anticipation of tomorrow and the memory of a day spent in each other’s arms.

Sylvie discovereda newfound joy in coaching baseball with the young girls at the school where she worked part-time as a substitute teacher. Her fervor for teaching the sport was second only to the enthusiasm she once held while practicing, harboring dreams of playing baseball at the national level herself.

She had just watched one of the girls, a little redhead who bore a striking resemblance to her younger self, hit the ball so far that all the other girls watching erupted with excitement. Witnessing their shared delight made Sylvie’s heart swell with pride and happiness.

Sylvie had had Chelsea to cheer her on, as well as her parents, but there had been stronger influences at work during her youth. When the little girl looked to Sylvie for her reaction, Sylvie offered her a high-five, a smile, and a nod. That simple gesture would send a powerful message to the young mind...You got this, girl.

Sylvie reflected on her life. Like everyone’s, it had been a series of changes. Some natural, some forced...either by her or upon her. Whether good or bad, they all culminated in her current reality, and as her old dreams faded, new dreams and aspirations took their place. What she had now exceeded anything she could have ever hoped for. As the years passed, it allowed things to unfold, just as they were meant to be. She felt blessed every day.

She contemplated this as she entered the house she and Gator called home. Setting her bag on the dining room table, she noticed Gator’s cellphone, which he had inadvertently left behind in his rush to rescue someone from an alligator in their yard.

As she moved the phone aside, a text message that had been sent to Gator illuminated the screen, and Sylvie nearly dropped the device in shock.

Gator returned hometo find Sylvie seated in the dining room, tears streaming down her face. His mind immediately raced to the possibility of her father or mother passing away, and he felt a deep pang of sympathy. He was about to console her and inquire about the situation when she spoke up, her voice strained:

“What the hell is this?” Sylvie turned Gator’s phone towards him, revealing the image displayed on the screen.

Her anger only intensified upon seeing his reaction, as she hadn’t expected it. The two had never argued before; their relationship was perfect, built on trust and respect. Sylvie had regained the strength that had been worn down during her years with Marvin, yet nothing had made her feel as terrible as this moment. Her thoughts alternated between hoping for a valid explanation and fearing there wasn’t one, and she struggled with how to handle the latter.

Gator took the phone from her, his gaze fixed on the image of the sexy young and naked blonde in the photo, and he appeared lost in thought for a moment.

“Well?” Sylvie’s voice trembled with sadness.

Gator turned the phone back towards her, struggling to speak as emotions welled up inside him. “This is a message. Bruno is alive.”

“I don’t understand,” she replied, her brows furrowed in confusion.

“This is Miss Pendleton,” he explained. “Our teacher from school. Bruno took this photo of her years ago when he was fifteen. The only way this photo could have appeared on my phone is if he sent it. This message means Bruno is alive, Sylv. I don’t know how, but this is proof.”

“How can you be sure?” she asked, her voice filled with skepticism.

“Because he knew I would recognize the photo and no one else would. Capturing this image was his one regret in life, had he not managed to do it. Just like you would have been the biggest regret of my life if you weren’t sitting here right now in our kitchen...”

“Looking at Miss Pendleton’s tits and pussy,” she said.

Gator laughed.“Sylv, I’ve never been so relieved to see another naked woman in my life as this one right here.”
