I took in the sight of his body and the trail of semen left on his dick. After pulling my clothes on, Sebastian slowly stood, as if there was no hurry and he might not be caught naked at any moment. He pulled on his pants, then walked to the front door, opening it. “Come in.”

My eyes widened.

They were there this whole time?

Zach smirked, walking in with Anna, whose face was flushed red. She glanced my way, then averted her gaze. Erianna walked in next, followed by Salvor, his three men, and Avyanna.

I shot Sebastian a glare. Zach slapped Sebastian’s shoulder, grinning, then went to our room. One of Salvor’s men looked me up and down, his gaze burning into me. I looked away and Sebastian stepped in front of me. Avyanna cleared her throat after the rest left. “Good time for a bath?” she asked, and my cheeks heated.

“A minute,” I said, and she walked away.

Sebastian called out to them. “We’re right behind you all.”

Once we were alone, I grabbed Sebastian’s shoulder. “Did you know they were outside?”

“I heard them come back right at the end,” he said, as if that was supposed to make me feel better. “You were already finishing when I heard them,” he said, licking his lips as if he was recalling the moment in his head. “I wasn’t going to stop mid-release. They waited outside.”

“How am I supposed to face them now?”

He pulled me into his arms, holding me tight. “Love, you’re not in Baldoria anymore. They don’t care.”

Humiliation burned through me, but I was glad he didn’t stop mid-orgasm. Still, I wouldn't tell him that.

He placed his thumb under my chin, tilting my head to look at him. His night-blue eyes pierced into my own, and I relaxed. “You know I’m powerless with you, right?”

I smiled. “Shut up. No, you’re not.”

“I am. You act as if I have any control. When you ride me like that, and I see you release,” he said, his expression darkening, his lips drawing closer. “You don’t know what that does to me.”

I blushed and Avyanna entered the room as Sebastian kissed me. I sighed, then pulled away, glancing at her from Sebastian’s arms. “I’m coming.”

“Me too.” He assured me.

She shook her head. “Actually, Salvor needs your help with the plans.”

“I’m not leaving her side.”

Erianna stepped out of the room. “I’ll go with her.” She pulled out her dagger, then stared at Avyanna in warning.

Zach emerged behind her, looking at Sebastian. “You should look at Salvor’s plans for getting into the castle. They’re ridiculous.”

Salvor cursed from inside the room and Sebastian sighed, then pressed a kiss against my forehead. “Stay with Erianna. I’ll join your shortly.”

Avyanna’sfingerslacedwithmine, but I pulled my hand from hers as we walked toward the lake’s edge, the water luring me with its ancient melody only sorcerers could hear.

She sighed. “You don’t trust me.”

My chest heaved. No, I fucking didn’t. Erianna swept to my side, the dagger in her fingers. “You told my husband to take me away from here. Now you’re helping me get to the castle?”

“Do you know why I want Salenia dead?”

I nodded, recalling Sebastian and I’s conversation. “Your lover is in the underworld.”

As she tilted her head, her long, braided hair slid gracefully over her arm. “Yes, she is. With the goddess gone, I can have her back. She never wanted to be a vampire, but life was full of unexpected surprises. If the underworld is destroyed, she can pass on.”
