“Hey!”

Before Eden could protest more, Dante suddenly grabbed her by her hips and lifted her, taking her across the room.

“Put me down!” she protested.

“Sure...”

Before she could add one line of complaint, he threw her on the large sofa in the room.

“Well, you are a little heavier than you look,” he sighed, “I’ll give you that...”

Eden answered with a glare, the best self-defense reaction she could come up with at the moment. Of course she was heavy, half her body was made of metal! She was even slightly impressed he had been able to carry her and walk at all. She was a lot heavier than she looked, not just a little. Still, she was even more confused when, as she was laid down on that sofa, Dante put one knee down between her legs, bending over her.

“W-... What are you doing?” she asked.

“Finishing what we started,” he answered with a smile.

His answer sent her heart racing. She gasped, but he already had a hand on his shirt, undoing the top buttons with a naughty smile on. Eden was baffled.

“We are done!” she shouted.

“Are we? I don’t think I’ve had enough.”

“I had enough,” she retorted.

Dante chuckled but didn’t stop undressing. Eden was panicking a bit now. He wasn’t serious, was he? She couldn’t tell if he was playing or not, but he was already half-naked. She wanted to shout back at him again, but the large tiger tattoo on his torso fascinated her before she could. It really was a large tattoo... She had only seen a glimpse of it before, but it was even bigger and more impressive than whatever she had imagined. She had to focus on the actual man, though.

“How much?” he asked.

“Excuse me?”

“How much to sleep with me?”

She slapped him. Eden was furious, but Dante, far from angry, moved his jaw as if to check if it was alright, and smiled.

“Thank God your hands aren’t metal too,” he sighed. “I felt that one.”

“I’m not having sex with you,” Eden hissed. “Certainly not for money.”

“Would you do it for free, then?” he chuckled.

“Fuck you, De Luca.”

“...I’ll take that as a no. However, I didn’t ask for sex.”

Eden blinked, utterly confused. He was already half-naked and leaning over her on a green sofa. What could he possibly mean other than sex? She tried to look away as she realized that under that tiger was a very fine and remarkable male body.

“I don’t understand what you mean,” she mumbled, trying not to look at him despite his imposing presence.

“I meant I want to sleep with you. No sex involved.”

She rolled her eyes, and suddenly decided she had enough. Eden pushed him away and awkwardly tried to sit up on the opposite side of the couch. Very confident and arrogant, with his cunning smile on, Dante sat comfortably on the other side. He extended one arm on the back of the couch and had his foot perched on his knee. He was still very much half-naked, to Eden’s annoyance. She had a hard time looking him in the eye, or his way at all, without her cheeks flashing an embarrassing dash of red.

“...I don’t sleep well alone,” he added.

“Well, call someone else.”

“I don’t want anyone else.”
