“Reed was also running late, so I think we’ll arrive just on time.”

Snow smiled at me, and I felt my frown not only vanish, but a smile form on my lips, one that I offered back to her.

We continued walking to our destination, and as we stepped inside the club, we were met with a large crowd of people. I let out a small groan.

“What is it?” she asked.

“I hate people.”

She laughed. “Well, you don’t have to stay if you don’t want to, I’m sure Reed and Jason won’t let anything happen to me.”

“No, I’m staying.” I may hate people, but nothing gets in the way of my job, and at that moment, my job was to protect Snow and make sure Hunter left her alone.

“Good, I’m glad,” she said, her smile once again bringing one of my own to my lips. “Now, let’s have a drink and have some fun.”

Fun? I couldn’t remember the last time I let loose and truly had some fun.

Maybe that should change tonight, I thought to myself as I followed Snow through the crowded bar, my gaze falling on her nice, round ass.

Just not too much fun, I reminded myself.

“Never have I ever been skinny dipping,” I wiggled my eyebrows as I drank a shot of water. I was still working so no alcohol for me, but I usually helped Reed run these little games for the guests.

I scanned the club and noticed that almost every single person there took a drink. “Damn, we got some naughty people staying with us right now, Reed,” I said.

The doors to the club opened and Snow entered, with Gage at her side. I raised an eyebrow in his direction because the dude had a smile on his face. I could count on one hand the number of times I’d seen him smile. Of course he didn’t notice me, neither did Snow, so I had to do something to capture their attention.

I passed the microphone to Reed and hopped on over the bar, literally. I didn’t bother to go around, I just went over. I narrowly missed falling flat on my ass, but thankfully the barstools were anchored in place and it gave me something to grab onto and steady myself.

“Hey!” I called out, moving through the crowd of people. “Snow! Gage!”

Her eyes turned toward me and her smile grew wider. “Oh hey, Jason! You remembered me,” she said.

“Of course I remember you! How could I forget the most beautiful woman at the resort?”

Gage’s smile wavered and he rolled his eyes.

“Well thank you, Jason,” Snow said.

“You wanna join in on the game? I can get you a drink. Or if you want to play it safe, some shots of water, which is what I do.”

“Water would be perfect,” Snow replied.

“Same for me,” Gage said.

“Two waters coming right up,” I said as I headed back toward the bar. I grabbed two bottles of water and some plastic shot glasses before heading back to Snow and Gage. My turn was coming up again, so I didn’t get a chance to really talk to either of them, but I knew we would have time later.

I went back to the bar and took the mic.

“Never have I ever gotten a lap dance,” I said.

Again, almost everyone in the club drank. Except for Gage and Snow. Not that I thought Gage would truly play along anyway.

I passed the mic back to Reed who asked the crowd if anyone had ever given a lap dance, rather than gotten one. Again, most everyone drank. My gaze narrowed in on Snow who smiled, but her drink remained in her hand. Dammit. I bet she would give one hell of a lap dance, her long, black hair acting as a curtain around us as her hot, curvy body danced against me.
