“Anything my goddess wants.”

He rolled her over on top of him, and they giggled at the swiftness of the movement. Eliana straddled his chest, exploring the features of his chiseled chest before pressing her breasts against him and leaning forward.

He slid into her like a finger slides into a silk glove. He filled her, and she cursed at the overwhelming sensation.

“Fuck, Lucas,” she said, chuckling slightly. “You feel so good, baby.”

She tried to sit up straight, the length and thickness of his manhood pressing into her pussy firmly. He ran his hands along her thighs and cupped her breasts, playing with her nipples as she rocked gently against him.

“You feel perfect, Eliana,” he groaned.

They made love like they had done it a thousand times, focusing on the pleasure of not only themselves but each other. Eliana smelled the sex on herself, so zesty and fragrant, blending flawlessly with the musk and sugar sweetness of Lucas.

His cock pushed against her G-spot with ease, and she bounced on him, her breath catching in her throat each time she slammed down. Lucas held onto her waist, watching her closely.

It was another vulnerable position she rarely put herself in, quite literally, but having Lucas watch her erupt into ecstasy was easy and intimate. Desire coursed through her as he swelled inside her, his own climax ready to spill inside her pulsing pussy.

“Yes, baby, yes, keep going,” he growled at her. “Keep going until you touch the sky.”

And keep going, she did, until another life-changing orgasm surged through her body. She shook as she moaned on top of him, Lucas thrusting upward a few more times before she felt the warmth shoot inside her.

His expression went from tense to melting into the most beautiful softness Eliana had ever witnessed. She fell on top of him and pressed her mouth against his as they relaxed with the dopamine soaking into their spines.

The two lovers pressed their foreheads against one another. The only sound was that of their harsh breathing. Eliana kissed Lucas softly, never wanting to leave that hut ever again.

“You’re incredible,” Lucas murmured.

They kissed for a long time before dozing off to sleep, tucked into each other’s arms.

Eliana thought of nothing but his warm skin as she drifted into an undisturbed sleep.

FIFTEEN

LUCAS

Lucas had booked his flight home the night before the party. He didn’t want to give himself any time to fall into the abyss that was his fated mate, so he made it for seven a.m. But the Lucas who had made that error had clearly underestimated the pull of fate and the power of the beauty lying next to him that morning.

His body woke him up at six a.m., checking his phone carefully so as to not wake Eliana. It would be an insane haul to get to the airport, but it wasn’t too far away. He could do it if he crept out, leaving the goddess of a woman he had made love to the night before alone in the darkness of her bedroom.

Those were logical thoughts, but what he was feeling wasn’t logical. He looked at the opposite side of the bed, his eyes trailing up the naked back of his beloved. She was sleeping soundlessly, having not moved an inch when he leaned over her to slip his phone out of his pants that had been abandoned on the floor.

Lucas wasn’t going to leave, nope. Nor could he go back to sleep. He could hustle and get to the airport, the charming intrigue of their love making a pleasant tune in his mind, then go on for the rest of his life without her.

That sounded all too painful to consider as the light of sunrise peeked through her bedroom curtains, soft and gentle on her dark, supple skin. He let time pass, the moment of his flight passing without regard as he leaned on his elbow, the sound of her fluttering breath like music.

It was a strange feeling to deal with, but he didn’t want to analyze it anymore this morning. For the first time in his life, he trusted the movements of his body, like the way a dancer or athlete reacts with muscle memory.

It was altogether supernatural and utterly refreshing.

Lucas could no longer help himself, and he scooted closer to Eliana, curving his body perfectly against her own in a calming spooning gesture. His lips touched her bare shoulder, and he breathed in her scent … a tropical zest he would surely allow himself to drown in.

“Mmm,” Eliana stirred.

He hadn’t meant to wake her, so he wrapped his arms around her body, nuzzling his nose and mouth into her sweet nape. He kissed it and breathed in. She was the only oxygen that would keep him alive.

“I’m sorry, darling,” he whispered. “I hope I didn’t wake you. You are just too divine not to touch.”

She lazily pressed her body into his, tilting her head against his shoulder as she exposed more of her neck to him. He pushed her hair out of the way, catching its fruity essence as the curls ruffled.
