“Good.”

Her sweet smile was the last thing I saw before closing my eyes, allowing my body to seek the rest it needed.

IREACHED FOR THE HELMETon Callie’s head, unbuckling the strap before lifting it off as she brushed her hair out of her eyes. The wind had kicked up, swirling sand in the air.

“I need to talk to Crow once we’re inside. Will you be alright?”

“Sure.” Her teeth nibbled on her bottom lip. A sign she felt anxious. “How long will that take?”

“I can’t say for certain. I’m not leaving the chapel until we have a plan.”

“Okay. I trust you, Hawk.”

I didn’t doubt it.

“C’mon, beautiful. I want to introduce you to the club.”

Inside, the packed bar had come alive. My brothers settled around the leather sofas or the pool tables, shooting games and slinging back shots. Club girls strutted through the crowd, hoping to snare one of them for the night. It struck me that I usually played that game and enjoyed flirting until I picked which one of them I wanted to fuck.

None of it interested me tonight.

I held Callie’s hand tighter, pulling her against my side. The thought of her gaining attention irritated me. She wasn’t a sweet butt or an easy piece of ass. No one would disrespect her or get the wrong idea because I planned to make it clear from the start.

“Hawk!”

I didn’t notice who called my name until Claw appeared. His drunk ass stumbled, one arm slung around a blonde named Josie. I’d fucked her at least twice in the last couple of months and hoped she kept her mouth shut.

“Hey, Hawk,” she greeted, smiling with those bright red lips nearly all of my brothers had wrapped around their dick at one point or another.

“Man, where you been?” Claw asked, squinting at me like he couldn’t make his eyes open. Too damn high to do shit about it or care either.

Laughing, I shook my head. “Ridin’.”

“Hi, Hawk.”

Another soft, slightly higher-pitched voice called my name. The redhead it belonged to popped out her hip, giving Callie a bold perusal.

“Serenity.”

Christ. I’d fucked her against every wall in the clubhouse two weeks ago. She loved sex out in the open and in front of anyone who wanted to watch.

Please don’t say a fucking word about it.

“Where have ya been, Hawk, baby?”

Serenity’s best friend and often sexual partner linked her arm through Jay’s as they walked up to us. Tink winked as I tried to hold in a groan.

Goddamn. I was a fucking man whore. This proved it.

Never gave a fuck about it either until I saw the pink color dusting Callie’s cheeks, and she released my hand. I guess it wasn’t too hard to figure out these women had seen my dick on multiple occasions. Hell, I slept with some of them at the same time.

Jay just grinned, watching the drama unfold.

Asshole.

“Hawk!” Crow shouted, his voice drowning out the music. “We need to talk before church.” His gaze fell on Callie, and he sighed. “The sooner, the better.”

Well, shit. Pres wasn’t happy with me.
