“Tired?” Gabriel asked as if reading my mind.

“Actually the opposite.” I sat up, leaning back on the headboard. A heavy door slammed somewhere in the hallway. “I’m still buzzing. I don’t know. I feel like I can run a marathon. That’s weird, right?”

“No, it’s not weird at all.” His voice was low again. This time, I picked up on a subtle growl. Like there was a caged tiger waiting inside of him, wanting to come out.

“Alright, good. Because I’m fuckin’ spinning right now. I don’t know which way is up or down. All I know is that I’m glad you’re here with me right now.”

“I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else,” he said, which wasn’t exactly something a bodyguard was expected to say. My heart rate sped up, and I became very aware of just how close our feet were to each other. I decided to say, “Fuck it,” and I shifted so that my foot was directly against the top of Gabe’s.

Skin to skin, heat to heat. The contact made my entire body flush with warmth. For a second, I worried he would move away, but he stayed with his foot under mine, our legs close together, my boxers beginning to feel more and more restrictive.

“I, uh…” My words trailed off as my gaze dropped to Gabe’s big lips, pink and slightly pouty and so fucking perfect.

He licked them, a smirk lifting the corners. His eyes fell to my mouth, and his smirk turned into a smolder. The room felt about five hundred degrees hotter.

“Gabe, I know we’ve talked about us keeping things professionally, but, I dunno, it’s getting harder and harder.”

“Oh, it is?” he asked suggestively.

I smiled, grabbing my bulge and giving myself a stroke. “It is.”

That was all he needed. The green light. Gabriel pushed in, those plush lips of his finding a home against mine, the kiss crashing over me like a warm wave from a crystal-blue Caribbean beach. Refreshing and revitalizing.

Gabriel’s kiss was an antidote, his touch the cure. My life had felt like it had come undone hours earlier, but Gabriel’s hand on my neck and his tongue in my mouth knit it all back together again. I sunk into the feeling, letting my body go, releasing the insane amount of tension that had built up around my shoulders and back, melting into this moment. No worries, no stress, no fear.

Just us.

I breathed him in, trying to memorize his taste, the way his tongue danced against mine. The ghost of the champagne we drank warmed my muscles and helped me relax even more, letting Gabriel guide me so that I was lying down, lips still locked, Gabriel’s heavy body weight coming down onto me. His legs went between mine and opened them, his hand still cupping the back of my neck as our kiss grew, the flame fed by the mutual throbs between our legs.

I was already rock hard, and Gabriel wasn’t shy about letting me know he was too. But there was a pause in our dance, a brief intermission as Gabriel broke the kiss and looked down into my eyes, searching for something.

“You’re okay with this, right?” he asked.

I licked my lips and rolled my hips, rubbing myself against him. “I’m very okay with this. It’s exactly what I need.”

You’re exactly what I need. The thought rooted itself inside me, right next to the burning desire that made its home inside my core. I’d figure it out later. There were other things I wanted to focus on for the moment.

“Are you?” I asked, my hands rubbing underneath Gabe’s tank top, feeling the strong muscles that twitched with every movement.

“I am, yes.” He came down again, crashing his lips with mine. The swell of passion swept me up and pulled me offshore. My hands gripped Gabriel’s strong shoulders, his weight feeling like the most comforting thing in the world. I felt safe with his arms encasing me, his heart beating only inches from mine.

I rutted against him, the pressure inside my balls building. “These clothes need to come off,” I said through a breathy moan. “I need to feel your big cock against mine. Fuck, Gabe. I need to feel it inside me.”

Gabriel’s blue eyes swirled with a solar kind of heat, warming those waters and inviting me to dive in headfirst.

And that’s exactly what I intended to do.

GABRIEL FERNANDEZ

Tristan’s wordshung in the air, heavy with anticipation. I gazed into his eyes, searching for any sign of doubt or hesitation. He’d been through so much today. I would have been completely fine calling it a night and cuddling with him, but I certainly wasn’t complaining about this, either. His sultry and smoldering gaze met mine, unwavering and filled with an intensity that made my breath hitch for a moment. “Are you sure, Trist?” I asked softly, my voice barely a whisper.

Tristan’s lips curved into a gentle smile. “Yes, Gabe. I’m sure. I want this… I want you.”

With a nod of agreement, I pulled away just enough to remove my tank top, revealing my chiseled chest and abs. I watched as Tristan’s eyes widened, taking in every detail of my body. His reaction to me made my pulse quicken, and I could feel my own arousal pressing against the fabric of my shorts, leaking enough to create a dark spot.

“You’re… incredible,” Tristan whispered, his voice filled with awe.
