“It’s so beautiful, isn’t it?” Talia murmured, and I pulled her from her seat onto my lap.
“Yes, my Little Bird. It really is.”
I held her to me throughout the rest of the performance. Her eyes were glued to the stage, and it was as if nothing else around her mattered. From the second she saw Cleo suspended to when Dare finally lowered her to the floor and pulled her into his arms to untie her, Talia watched with absolute amazement. I could easily see a lot more shibari practice in our future.
“Come on, I requested a scene for us in one of the back rooms,” Raven said, pulling Talia’s attention from Cleo and Dare.
“Is she okay?”
“Yup,” Raven said with a smile, “That’s the aftereffects of subspace.”
Talia’s eyes went wide, but she followed Raven’s directions and we all moved toward a private viewing room in the back. Raven pressed her finger to the security lock on the door and Beckett held it open for the girls and I.
“Is this place for real?” Talia asked as I pulled her back into my lap on a small couch in front of the large window.
“As real as it gets, now watch.”
Raven flipped a switch and the privacy glass flipped to clear, then she turned down the lights and turned on the speakers. In front of us were two different couples. One on the far side of the room that put them right in front of Talia and me, and the other was in front of where Beckett and Raven were sitting. If Talia thought Dare and Cleo were hot I couldn’t wait to see what she thought about watching what was coming next.
