I glared at him. “You’re not dressed very sexy,” I spit.

He winks. “All in good time, my dear.”

I catch a glimpse of myself in the reflection of a dark car and have to admit yes, I do look kinda sexy. My long black hair has been braided into pigtails that are twisted into buns that would make Princess Leia jealous, rest her soul. I never wear makeup, but I’ve lined my eyes heavily with black liner, and my lips are painted a dusky pink, making them appear more full and pouty.

I'm pretty, I suppose, but with the makeup, I look like a bit of a bombshell. That combined with my sailor moon costume that I spent months making in high school and yeah, I’m sorta, kinda sexy.

But any confidence I built on the short walk from his truck to the front door disappears as soon as it opens. Dozens of men and women in differing levels of nudity, from completely naked to lingerie or underwear, to tiny little nothing outfits that leave me feeling entirely overdressed. Even more so as Caleb begins stripping.

“What the hell are you doing?” I whisper shout.

He smirks. “I’m getting more comfortable.”

Frozen, I watch him strip down to a black jock strap that leaves my body cold and my face on fire. He does a circle for me so I can see his round ass on display.

“How do I look? Have I tempted you?” He does that smirk, wink combo that I’m sure leaves most men and women on their knees.

I only gave him a droll stare. “You look naked.”

He leans in and whispers from the corner of his mouth, “Don’t look now, but half the guests are actually naked.”

I cross my arms over my chest defensively. “Don’t remind me.”

He wraps an arm around my shoulders. One half of me wants to push him away, and the other half wants to lean closer.

The second half wins.

“Come on, buttercup, you look amazing, and almost everyone has noticed.”

I snort. “Yeah, right.”

“Look around, babydoll.”

Reluctantly, I allow my gaze to wander over the room, and my heart begins to beat erratically as I realize he’s right. Both men and women alike are checking me out and it feels… it feels fucking strange, but at the same time, it’s heady. It makes me feel a little powerful.

“Come on, let’s go get a drink and then we can mingle.”

I follow him into a giant modern kitchen with all the amenities any home chef could dream of. I’m salivating to check everything out but too scared to actually touch anything. Then I recall Estrella saying she doesn’t cook, leaving me thinking what a waste. Then I have the dawning horror, maybe she had someone to cook for her, and my stomach drops.

When Caleb hands me a glass filled with beer, I chug it down.

“Hey now, slow down, lightweight. I don’t want to be stuck holding your hair back while you puke your guts out.”

I slow to a stop, but it’s too late. Most of the glass is empty.

He takes it from my hand, and a minute later, gives it back filled to the brim once more.

“That’s your last one, so savor it this time.”

I only nod as I take a sip and follow him from room to room. “Most rooms down here are pretty tame. You’d have to go upstairs if you want to check out the more x-rated shows.”

I force myself to only take a sip of beer before I answer. “Yeah, I think I’m good down here.”

He chuckles. “I thought as much.”

The next room we enter is the most crowded, and I soon discover why. At the front of the room there is a big wooden x that a naked girl is tied to. Differing colors of ropes criss cross her body in a way that more closely resembles art than bondage.

A lace mask covers the top of her face. Her lips are painted the most vivid red. They’re slightly parted as she breathes slowly in and out. Her arms are bent back so it looks uncomfortable, but you couldn’t tell by the serene expression on her lovely face.
