I let out a breath I didn’t know I was holding.

“You sure?” I ask one last time.

Rosalie smiles. “I’m sure.”

And with that, we head toward my father to tell him the good news. “I can’t believe we found her, Grey,” I say excitedly.

“Me either, she’s perfect.”

“You and me Grey, we’re able to have the future we’ve always wanted.”

“And maybe with some bonus fun we never knew we could have.” Greyson chuckles, which stills me.

“I didn’t think about that until I saw you on your knees in of her, and fuck it was hot.”

“It was fucking hot being on my knees too,” he confesses, which has us both laughing as we head toward the ballroom.

“Where the hell have you been?” my father whisper-yells under his breath at me as we enter the ballroom.

“Searching for my future wife,” I tell him.

“And?”

“I’ve found her, Father.”

His eyes widen with surprise at my broad statement.

“I needed a moment to clear my head in the garden to be sure,” I explain.

“Really, son?” he questions me. “You’ve found someone to be your queen?”

“Oh, Auggie, did I hear correctly?” my mother interrupts our conversation, then air-kisses me.

“I have, Mother, and she’s perfect. I’m very happy.”

My parents smile back at me.

“May I ask who has caught your attention?” My father looks out into the packed ballroom as if my bride-to-be will magically appear right here, right now, right in front of him.

“I’d like to make the announcement now. I do not want to put myself through any more of this night with some of these women,” I tell him.

My mother chuckles beside me.

“And you’re sure?” my father questions me again.

“Yes. She’s perfect. Honestly, I don’t think I will find anyone else like her.”

My parents look at each other, and by the way they are acting, I know they are more surprised than I am.

“Okay, well then, let’s make the announcement.” My father rubs his hands with glee.

“Are you sure? Once your father announces it there’s no turning back,” Greyson questions me.

“I’m so sure. Are you?” I ask him.

“Yes.”

“Good, because I want this night over with so we can start planning a future. A future hours ago, we both didn’t think was possible, Grey,” I tell him enthusiastically.
