Keera leaned back to look at me and I shifted onto my side to better face her.

“Really?”

I nodded.

“Unless you need to get home.”

“I’d love to stay.” I felt thebutcoming before she said it. “But I should get home. I wouldn’t want Granny Vi to worry if she wakes up in the middle of the night and I’m not there.” She nibbled at her bottom lip. “I could text her. Even if she doesn’t see it right now, it’ll be there if she does wake up.”

“No, that’s okay. I wouldn’t want her to worry.” I tucked her hair behind her ear. “We’ll plan better next time.”

“Next time?”

She slid her leg over my hip and shifted closer. I looked up at the ceiling and crossed my middle and index fingers.

“Please let there be a next time.”

Her answering laugh made me smile.

“After what I experienced tonight, you can bet your ass there will be.” She raised her brows. “In fact, I don’t have to leave just yet. We can have an initial next time to hold us over until the real one.”

Reaching out, I wrapped my hands around her waist and pulled her in for a quick kiss. At least the first one was quick. The second was long, slow, wet, and deep.

I’m a huge fan of kissing and Keera seems to enjoy it as much as I do. My erection pressed against her stomach as I continued to feast on her mouth. On and on the kiss went until we needed to pull apart to take in some air.

I released her mouth and after taking a deep breath, I rolled Keera onto her back and settled between her thighs. Nibbling my way down her neck, I licked at the pulse pounding at its base before making my way downward. Before I reached her perfect breasts, she curled her fingers into my hair and directed my attention back up to her face.

“I think it’s my turn to explore.”

I couldn’t help but smile at both her words and the sexy tone she used. Rolling onto my back, I leaned against my pillow and spread my arms out wide before tucking them beneath my head.

“I’m all yours.”

CHAPTER13

Keera

I unlockedthe door and stepped into the studio. After setting my bag on the desk, I turned on all the lights and looked around. It’s always strange being here alone. There’s so much energy when the room is full of students, not to mention noise. Without that, it feels like a different space. But I’m going to fill it with my own energy right now. It’s been a while since I danced just for myself, but I woke up itching to get on the pole.

My least favorite part of dancing is the warmup beforehand, but it’s a necessary evil. I turned on my workout playlist and got to it. After jogging around the studio a few times, I did some squats, lunges, and push-ups, then finished with floor stretches.

Feeling sufficiently warm, I stripped off my leggings then sat on the floor to put on my knee pads and heels. I don’t have any specific choreography planned, I’m just going to freestyle and let my body move the way it wants. And I know the exact song I want to dance to today.

The clicking of my heels echoed through the room as I walked over to my computer and found “Love on the Brain” by Rhianna. As the first strains of the song began, I grabbed the closest pole and moved my hips, swaying to the slow, sexy rhythm. As she started to sing, I did a step-around, followed by a pirouette that ended with me facing the pole and flowing right into body waves.

Another quick pirouette put my back against the pole. Keeping my grip high, I lifted my right leg and straightened it in front of me as I slid to the floor. Low flow is my jam and once I got down there, I lost myself in the music, crawling and thrusting and rolling, my hands stroking over my body and through my hair.

A forward roll brought me back to the pole and I shifted to my knees and moved up and down in slow, sultry waves. I feel sexy and empowered and more content than I’ve been in a long time, if ever.

I grabbed the pole and swung my leg around, spinning up to stand. Climbing to the middle of the pole, I shifted into a pole sit, then squeezed my thighs together and bent my legs. I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror as I held my arms out on either side and smiled. I look like a large bird trying to fly.

The song was coming to an end and I kept watching as I loosened my thighs and dropped down the pole. I tightened them again just before I reached the floor and folded forward into an emotional ball. Before setting my feet on the ground, I hung there for a second to catch my breath. I just stood when I heard clapping. Thankfully I was still holding onto the pole and was able to keep from falling off my heels when I jumped at the noise.

I glanced up and found Anjannette leaning against the wall, with a big smile on her face.

“You scared the shit out of me.”

“That. Was. Amazing.”
