The Spider was leaving his web in New Orleans and making a little trip to see his boss.

She knew it wouldn’t be a good visit either. This particular Spider didn’t trust anyone, and he certainly didn’t trust tech.

He liked to conduct his business face-to-face, and that was fine by her.

The man she had put into play a week ago to help cover the Hunter’s tracks was showing up to talk business.

That meant the shit was coming.

Elizabeth knew how he worked.

That he was showing up in DC almost eleven hundred miles from NOLA meant that she was about to have some serious issues.
