“I don’t think you can ever know everything about someone else. But it’s safe to say I know a lot.”

“You know a lot,” she said, adopting his clarification. “And you still want to do this?”

“Of course I do.”

She lifted her head, narrowing her eyes. “You think I’m a pain in the ass.”

He twisted toward her. “I haven’t thought that in years.”

Sunnie kissed him, her tongue touching his. They remained that way for a long time, their lips connected as they shared the same air.

He moved it to the next level, helping her sit up so he could pull her T-shirt off. He’d had his lips on her breasts earlier today, in the locker room, but this was the first time she’d been completely topless, his view unobscured by a shirt or her bra.

Like her, he took some time to enjoy it. To touch her and look his fill.

“Lay down, so I can take these boxers off you.”

She did as directed, lifting her hips as he gripped the elastic and pulled the last piece of clothing from her.

Sunnie squeezed her legs together briefly before parting them, so he could run his fingers over her slit.

She was wet and hot, just like she’d been this afternoon on his couch. He’d barely managed to stay at that goddamn baseball game, each inning lasting an eternity.

“Sunnie, I want to go slow, want to make this—”

“Shhh. If you’ve learned anything in the past couple weeks, it’s that I go off like a bottle rocket every time you touch me. This won’t take me long either.”

He moved over her, her legs parting to welcome him between them. Once again, he let her guide him to her opening, and he pressed just the head inside. Then he paused.

“What are you waiting for?” she asked, when he made no move to go deeper.

“Finn.”

She laughed—and that was when he thrust in, her giggles morphing to moans.

“Oh my God,” she breathed.

He agreed. Nothing on earth could have prepared him for how good this felt.

He dropped to hold his weight on his elbows, kissing her as he slid in and out. He started slowly, giving her a chance to catch her breath, to adjust to him.

Soon, that wasn’t enough.

He moved from his elbows to his hands, braced his knees and started moving harder, deeper.

Sunnie’s grip on his shoulders tightened, her fingers digging in to his muscles there. Her hips moved in time, thrusting up as he pushed in.

After just a dozen rough strokes, she came.

Landon kept moving. Stopping would kill him. He had no doubt.

“Landon,” she cried when he withdrew.

“Turn over,” he said, helping her to her hands and knees. She groaned when he pushed back in from behind.

“Fuck,” she said loudly. “Yes!”

He was glad Colm had gone to bed and vaguely wondered what the hell Yvonne was hearing. Her room was just next door.
