“Congratulations,” Liam said to me and I frowned.

“This is all of us,” I said as Serena turned in Alejandro's arms with a look of worry.

“I know. I meant for kicking the goal because we all know that it was definitely your swimmers that had the better chance.” Serena rolled her eyes as Theo muttered under his breath.

“But just know that you got the first one, I have dibs on number two,” Liam said with a grin and Serena poked his chest.

“Hey. It’s my womb buddy. I might not want more than one.” She said and we all looked at her in shock.

She sighed. “It was a joke. I am joking. Of course I want more than one if it is possible. Can we just enjoy this one first please?” Exasperation dripped in her voice as she stared at all of us.

“Yes, sugar. I am so happy.” Liam said, kissing her cheek.

We all came together in a group hug, Serena at the center of us.

“Besides. I am looking forward to watching you peg Dante.” Liam mumbled as everyone else laughed.

Damn, I forgot about that little promise. Serena stared at me in silent question.

“A promise is a promise. I intend to pay up.”

Caleb – two weeks earlier

“Man,Ican’twaitto show her,” Kenji said as he bounced with excitement. He was leaning against the small podium I had upgraded in the church as he made the final adjustments on his computer for the new security system Kingston had insisted I install.

“Do you think she will like it? It feels kind of, sinful to have such a thing in our home.” I said as Kingston walked into the church.

“Come on, Priest. Surely we are over this by now. You are one of us, sin is part of life. Besides, you can’t feel guilty about something that you helped design.” He winked and Kenji grinned.

“Hey, I only added the toys man, Caleb was the architect behind it all. Come on, admit it, you are looking forward to your next time of confession with Aurora.” Kenji teased with a wink.

“I never should have told you about that,” I muttered as Kingston gave Kenji the thumbs up.

“The last camera is in place. Boot her up.” He said and Kenji hit a few buttons and stuck his hand up for a high five.

“She lives!” He said in a spooky voice.

“We can access this at home too,” Kenji added as footsteps echoed off the walls. I turned to see a woman who had been a regular attendant to my sermons until recently.

“Rosslyn. How lovely to see you.” I said, taking in the tightness around her eyes. She smiled at me, her eyes wary as she looked at Kenji and Kingston.

“Father Caleb. I hope I haven’t caught you at a bad time.” She said, her voice soft. She pulled at the collar of her simple white shirt, covering her chest and the line of a scar that peeked over her top. She never did tell me what that was from, though knowing her past, I would say it was delivered through pain.

“Not at all. These are my…” I hesitated, not sure what to refer to them as.

“Fiancé in-laws,” Kenji offered and Rosslyn frowned.

“Ah, it’s complicated. That is Kingston and this is Kenji. We are all with the same woman.” I mumbled, still unsure how to explain our situation.

Rosslyn looked interested but smiled politely.

“Of course. Lucky her.” She said and I shifted nervously. This wasn’t a conversation I wanted to be having, especially with Rosslyn.

“What can I do for you?” I asked as I noticed Aurora walk in with Serena and Elsie, talking softly.
