I can’t quite wrap my head around what’s going on here. It’s like I’ve immediately fallen under Harrison’s spell. He’s not my Daddy, we barely know one another, and yet here I am following his every word.

I think it’s time I pumped the breaks for a moment and throw him some sass. After all, he may be the bigtime businessman, but I want Harrison Harlow to know that he can’t have itallhis own way with me – notyetanyway.

‘But I don’t just listen to anyone,’ I continue. ‘My teacher was a bit of a jerk to be honest. Just another smarty pants who thought he was better than everyone!’

I can feel my heart beating hard in my chest.

Harrison doesn’t seem to be taking the bait, and it’s frustrating. I think he might be testing me out too, seeing how far I’ll push things.

Well, if that’s what Harrison wants, then that’s what he’ll get…

‘In fact,’ I say, a smug look on my face. ‘I don’t listen toanyone! I’m the biggest and I’m the toughest. Everyone knows it. Andno onewill dare to challenge me. So…thereyou have it!’

I can feel the sweat gathering in my hairline now too.

It might be cooler in the gazebo than outside under the morning sun, but I’m doing a pretty decent job of turning the temperature up all by myself right now.

And the fact that Harrison is simply fixing a hard stare on me is just making matters worse. Or better. I don’t know whether it’s good or bad, but Harrison’s piercing stare is definitely doinga lot.

I can feel my cock hardening and pushing up against my briefs and trousers. I don’t dare look down in case it draws Harrison’s attention to whatever tent is on display.

‘Yeah… and… I can stay up as late as I want!’ I blurt out, immediately regretting making such a bratty display.

‘Okay, we’re done here,’ Harrison says, standing up from the chair and clenching his jaw.

‘W-w-what?’ I say, my mind racing with possibilities.

Is Harrison going to make a complaint about me to Xander?

Have I screwed everything up with the Blue Collar Boys already?

Right now, I’m regretting my silly outburst more than anything else I’ve done my whole life – and that’s saying something, that’s for sure.

But just as I feel my head dropping and my heart sinking, I look up and see that Harrison is waiting at the entrance to the gazebo.

‘I said we’re donehere,’ Harrison says, a slightly menacing smile on his face. ‘But that doesn’t mean we’re done for the day. Far from it, boy. Now on your feet and come with me.’

My heart skips a beat.

In fact, my heart feels like it’s skipping, jumping, and somersaulting many times over.

And yet, I know with every inch of my body and mind that right now all I want to do is follow Harrison’s commands to the letter.

Whatever Harrison has planned for me next I know that from this point onward I need to be on my best behavior – and even then it might be too late to stop what I’m pretty sure is about to come my way…

Chapter6

Harrison

I know that boys react to me in a certain way. I’ve always known that. But this feels different…

Taylor acted out like a brat, but dropped his sass pretty quickly when I made it clear that it wasn’t going to fly with me. I’ve seen this plenty of times in the past. Many boys have tried to push me and found out very quickly that I’m not a man to push too hard.

But the difference this time was that I actually felt a little bit nervous too. Although I didn’t show it, the blood was pumping and my adrenalin went into overdrive as I put Taylor in his place and told him that he’d be coming with me.

Sure, Taylor might be seriously big – and those shoulders of his are probably the most impressive things I’ve ever seen. But it’s not his size that got the butterflies going in my stomach.

No, what put me on edge was the instant unspoken rapport between me and Taylor. Taylor’s sass followed by my taking control just felt right. It’s hard to know if I’m just getting caught up in the moment, but I’ve never felt this kind of connection before.
