Her phone rings and she signs she will go out for the call. She pulls the curtain for a little privacy and suggests I just relax, maybe even take a nap.

Honestly, painkillers always put me in sleep mode, and I'm really sleepy now.

Fall, you better be beautiful!I think to myself, staring out the window at golden leaves dancing in the wind.

?? ?????? ??

It feels like just a moment has passed since I closed my eyes, but when I look at the clock, I realize it's already lunchtime.

A silhouette grabs my attention, hidden behind the slightly transparent white curtain in the office. I'm about to scream, but I end up asking the silhouette with an uneasy voice:

“Who's there?”

In an instant, the curtain is pulled aside, and I see Manasseh looking at me, devoid of any emotion.

“Disappointed?” he scrutinizes me, and I pull the sheet higher.

“Where's Sami?” I look around and don't see him anywhere.

Miss Cherry is gone too. We are alone.

“I don't know. He probably left to take your friend home,” he tucks his hands in his trouser pockets, and I notice that his tie is loosely draped around his neck, and his shirt is unbuttoned at the collar.

He looks as if he's just come out of a fight.

I hope Sean is okay.

“Who are you talking about? Saza?”

“Do you have another girlfriend?”

I prop myself on my elbows and frown, ready to get up and leave, but Manasseh grabs my shoulders and presses me onto the bed, climbing over me.

“I told you my brother's into experienced girls.”

“But Saza is...” I glance sideways, my cheeks heating up, almost saying the awkward word out loud.

“A virgin? She was, yeah.”

“How do you...” my voice trails off as I feel his satisfied grin.

“The littlehabibtiwanted to be like us so hard,” his gaze drops to my lips. “She wanted to be a piggy, but ended up being a really fucking dull one. Her pussy is craving this,” he brushes against my thigh with a gentle movement over the sheets, and a shiver runs up towards my womb. “But we all know there's only one piggy who can truly be one of us. And that piggy, Becca, is you.”

“Did Saza pass the test?” Curiosity gets the best of me, and I can't help but ask.

“She tried.” Manasseh sniffs at my reaction, and I let out an exasperated sigh.

“So, Saza is a Crasnic?” I clench my fists, angry.

“She isn't, and will never be. She didn't manage to satisfy me. Maybe because I'm not the real reason she wanted to join the Crasnics.”

“What are you...?”

“I think you know exactly what I mean, piggy.”

That’s impossible! Saza knows I like Samael. She's actually the only one who's aware of my feelings, all the frustrations, and the daydreams I have about him. She can't just swoop in and take advantage of everything I've confided in her.

Saza is my friend. She would never betray me. Would she?
