She smiled, her lips moving against my skin. "What would I do with all that free time?"
"Well… I've got a few ideas."
She laughed. "Like?"
"We could have another baby," I suggested.
She smacked my chest with the back of her hand. "Phoenix isn't even two months old yet. I'm not opposed to more kids, but maybe let's wait a little while."
"How many more kids do you want?" I asked.
She stilled. "How many more kids doyouwant?"
"Four. At least."
She choked. "At least?"
I nodded.
"Zen said you wanted a lot of kids, but I thought that meant maybe three." She chuckled, and I pulled her on top of me so she was straddling me in the hammock as I was looking up into her eyes.
"I'm good with however many you want. I just know I want more. I want everything when it comes to you. And you've gotta admit, we make beautiful babies."
She sighed, almost wistful, and resigned to give into me. I knew she loved Phoenix just as much as I did. "You're not wrong."
I lifted my hips, pushing myself against her center so she could feel how hard I was already. "Don't you want to start practicing for baby number two?"
She moaned, rocking her hips against me, her nails digging into my chest. "Practicing butnotmaking."
"Yet." I laughed, but she silenced me with her lips on mine.
I didn't know where we'd end up, but I knew I'd enjoy every bit of the adventure with her by my side.
