“Mmm, coconut.” I practically moaned.

“Honey, you’re not thinking about eating our baby right now, are you?” True teased, an easy smile on his face.

“No, but I could go for some macaroons.” My mouth was watering. Again.

He laughed. “Let’s bake some this afternoon.”

I nodded vigorously and started to get up. “How about now?”

He grabbed my hand and pulled me back down onto his lap. “Not so fast.”

I practically whined, and he laughed again.

“Let’s talk names. I’ve been thinking about it, and I think we should stick with a P name. When she’s here, I have a feeling the little P nickname is going to stick.”

I bit my lip, thinking. “Yeah, that’s a good point. And since you’re a celebrity, we need to come up with something really obnoxious, too. Oooh, like Pear.”

He looked disgusted. “I am not naming my daughterPear.”

“If you don’t like Pear, we can name her Pineapple. It’s girly and cute, right?” I giggled.

He tickled my ribs, and I squirmed in his lap. “You can’t be that hungry, can you? We just ate lunch two seconds ago. How about something not food-related?”

I rested my index finger on my chin and lifted my eyes to the ceiling. “Hmm.”

“How about Phoebe? I know how you loveFriends.”

I snorted. “Yeah, I love Friends, but that’s way too common for your rock star status.” It was my turn to poke him in his abs. His glorious, rock hard, lickable abs.

“My eyes are up here, honey.” I lifted my gaze to see a cocky smirk on his face, and I rolled my eyes.

“I can’t help it, okay?” I squirmed a little more in his lap because I knew he reacted to my body just like I responded to his.

He groaned and gripped my hips. “God, Amara.”

I moaned as he pressed himself up against me in just the right spot, and I leaned my back against his chest, letting my head fall back to his shoulder while his hand wandered up from my hip to cup my breast and tweak my nipple. “I…” I tried to focus and clear the lust-filled haze from my mind.

“You what?” True was nipping and sucking and kissing down my neck.

I swallowed hard. “I thought we were picking out a name for little P.”

He paused. “What about Phoenix?”

“That’s kind of perfect. Not too weird but unique enough for our situation. Pays tribute to the band, and fits with the little P nickname. I love it.”

True ran the tip of his nose along the slope of my neck, leaving my skin tingling in its wake. Just as he slid me onto my back against the couch, his phone buzzed.

“Ignore it,” I pleaded, reaching out and grabbing a handful of his shirt to try and drag him back down to me.

He tossed his phone onto the floor and leaned back down, covering my body with his, but his phone vibrated again. “Fuck.”

I groaned as he leaned back and grabbed the phone, swiping to answer. “This better be good.”

He held the phone to his ear and climbed off of me, standing up with an apologetic look on his face and holding up a single finger. “Yeah, we need to talk about yesterday.”

He mouthedHarrisonat me before he walked into the kitchen. “Dude, I get that, but it was a complete disaster. She was all over me.”

He ran his hand through his hair while he listened to Harrison talk. “This whole thing feels completely wrong to me. I don’t want to do it anymore. She doesn’t seem to care what I say or what I want. When I tell her to lay off, or I’m not interested, it’s like it goes in one ear and out the other.”
