“Gladly.” I licked her slit, loving the way she moaned my name.

I sucked on her clit until she was panting, sliding one finger inside her tight channel then another. “That’s it,mi cielo,” I said as she writhed on the bed, clutching the sheets in her hands. “Let go. I’ve got you.”

“I know.” She grabbed my hand, our fingers intertwined. Our connection stronger than ever. “Oh god.” Her eyes rolled to the back of her head. “I know, Knox.”

And then she came in a burst of pleasure, her body contracting and then releasing. Letting go.

When she didn’t move, I kissed my way up her stomach. I was already imagining what it would be like to see her belly full with my child. And it made me even harder.

“What are you thinking about?” she asked, peering down at me.

“How sexy you’re going to look pregnant with my child.”

Her smile was full of contentment. She looped her arm around my neck and pulled me toward her.

“What?” I asked, hovering over her, my cock digging into her thigh.

She wiped away a tear. “I’m so happy. And I love you.Somuch.”

I brushed my lips against hers, coaxing a kiss from them as I continued to caress every inch of her. “Me too,mi cielo.”

She arched her back as I ran my hands over her breasts, teasing her nipples. “I need you.”

“You have me,” I said, sliding into her. Sliding home. “Always.”

In Paris, time seemed to pass both slowly and quickly. Kendall and I would spend lazy mornings in bed then eat breakfast overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Then we’d go out for the day, shopping or seeing the sights. We’d visited the Louvre, Versailles,Sacré Cœur. We’d even had our caricatures drawn by a street artist. I didn’t care what we were doing so long as I was with her.

“I still can’t believe we get to stay here for another week,” Kendall said, marveling at the parquet floors, the high ceilings, the view. Her enthusiasm was adorable.

“I’m glad you like it.” I sipped my coffee, the sun setting on the Eiffel Tower in the distance. We had dinner reservations later, and she was wearing one of her new dresses. I was dressed in her favorite three-piece navy suit.

“Like it?” she scoffed. “I love it.”

“Should I buy it?”

She choked on her macaron. “What?”

“Maybe we need a vacation home.”

She placed her macaron on the plate and went over to stand by the window. “You’re absurd.”

“But you like the apartment,” I said, trying to understand.

“Yes. It’s even better than the pictures.” She shook her head. “I still can’t believe you tricked me.”

I joined her at the window, standing behind her and wrapping my arms around her. “I’m sorry for the deception, but I hope you think it was worth it.”

“Of course I do.” She leaned against me. “Did Emmy know?”

“No. I couldn’t risk you figuring it out.”

“Does the Hartwell Agency know?”

When I remained silent, she smiled back at me over her shoulder. “You’re trying to get me fired, aren’t you?” she joked, though we both knew she had no plans of returning.

We’d talked about the future some, but for now, we were content to just be. To enjoy each other and our time together in Paris. And Jude was doing such a good job with the team in the off-season I was tempted to extend our trip.
